Safe and fun for all the family - We went as a family of five with our kids aged 6, 9 and 11. We had fun rafting, then stopped to go walk under a waterfall, had a snack and more rafting before our lunch at a local restaurant. We were alone with our guide Mauricio, the kayaker Bryan and the driver Luis. They well all very nice and made sure the experience was safe and fun for all (e.g. Asking our sa youngest to hold on firmly without his paddle in more intense sections, then invited him for an awesome kayak ride he will remember forever). They took pictures for us with our phone as the photographer was not there (as we were the only raft). While the road was bumpy and our kids did get a little dizzy, Luis drove safely and the team was sensitive to our kids’ struggle. Strongly recommend!

River Rafting must do - Me and my friends had very much fun on the river rafting tour. Our guides Juan-Carlos, Bryan and Luis were excellent and could tell us many interesting things about the nature of Costa Rica.

A Great Time - My family and i enjoyed a great time today. The whole experience was more fun than anything I expected on my trip here. Most definitely the highlight of my time here. Riding the down the river was like nothing i've ever done before with a marvelous waterfall pitstop. Not to mention our tour guides, who played no small part in making the trip as good as it was. Our host Juan Carlos who told us about the plantations and his experience there, Randall who guided our raft and help steer us clear and Brian who took amazing photos of videos of us having a fantastic time. They, alongside our other tour guides, gave my family abd i a wonderful experience here in Costa Rica and i couldn't recommend them more. Pura Vida!

White Water Rafting in Costa Rica - I came with my family to Costa Rica and we decided to go do white water rafting, and this is where my mom booked it. The tour guides were very knowledgeable, both in the area and it's history as well as white water rafting. The main tour guide on the bus, Juan Carlos, was very animate and friendly, and I think that he does a great job with his work. Our bus ride was also quite smooth, thanks to our driver Randall, who also led our raft once we got to the river take off. We had an amazing time and felt like we were in very capable hands, especially after Anthony, the guide in charge of giving us the safety procedures, explained everything clearly and with an air of confident experience. As an added bonus that we weren't aware of, that days lead kayaker, Bryan, had taken great photos of us along the river, and they didn't even charge us for them, preserving wonderful memories of an unforgettable family experience. Included in this tour was lunch and snacks, as well as a visit to a waterfall. All the tour guides were just so nice and looked out for all of us, and would stop every now and then and point out the natural flora and fauna and share it with the group. Suffice to say I am quite happy with the whole tour, and it's because of our tour guides Juan Carlos, Anthony, Bryan, and Randall. They were all a pleasure to be around and listen to during the trip.

Fantastic whitewater rafting adventure. - Stop scrolling and book this tour immediately. What a day! There were about 20 guests of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, and all returned safe. The guides on this tour are deeply passionate about rafting, and rafting safely, while also ensuring everyone has a good time. It was quite the trek to get there — about 2 hours from Quepos (which included a restroom stop where we ordered the included lunch) - but the guides filled the time explaining things we saw along the way, demonstrating a knowledge of local plants and places and history. The rafting itself was about 90 minutes on the water plus a 30 minute stop to look at a beautiful waterfall and eat watermelon and pineapple. The river was particularly high due to the recent heavy rains with the most exciting/terrifying rapids at the beginning. Several people in another boat fell out but were quickly recovered without incident. My daughter lost a flip flop that the guides were able to recover. Our guides included Kenny, Mauricio and Juan Carlos among others but they all know each other and work as team. All speak both Spanish and English. We left our hotel near Manuel Antonio around 8:10 am and returned around 4. Very highly recommend

Excellent outing! - Our guide, Muricio was excellent! He directed us through the rapids with expert skills. The water level was great, with just enough excitement and thrills. Anthony was very knowledgeable of the vegetation and area, and was able to answer our questions and add humor on the bus ride to the launch point. The kayak safety person doubled as a photographer, and provided fantastic action photos of our experience. The snacks were fresh and delicious, and the typical Cost Rica lunch was a nice experience to end the day.

June 2024 rafting - My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience with Iguana tours, guide Mauricio and the whole team. They were professional, down to earth, and pretty hilarious. The river rafting was thrilling with the high water and so fun. The stop at the waterfall was amazing and we had the freshest pineapple and watermelon as a snack. The lunch afterwards was also excellent. I would highly recommend this tour!!
