Cancelled tour - The trip was cancelled because of the port report, the notification came the same day in the morning , so far I have not been able to get a reinbursement or even a response from trip advisor

Catamaran unsafely crowded with nowhere to sit - Though the water was beautiful the catamaran was overcrowded yo an unsafe level with no where to sit. Crew were constantly climbing over us. People had to move out if the way of ropes as sails were moved. Drinks were spilled everywhere.
The snorkeling was in rough water and we were instructed yo move along too fast to enjoy anything.
Best part was at the island where we could be on our own for an hour.
