Great experience - Lorenzo had a lot of knowledge and was very personable. We really felt like his grasp of the Mayans was strong and gave us a good picture of what we saw and what was going on at the site. The lunch was local tacos and a beverage choice and then time on a lagoon at a private resort. We recommend this group and tour very much.

Way Beyond our expectations - The ruins tour was very well done and very interesting!!
The private beach with lunch at the Bacalar Lagoon was beyond amazing! I could never have imagined such a beautiful place. We had a wonderful day! This was the best excursion on our 7 day cruise and it was not offered through our Royal Caribbean cruise. SUPERB!

Reputabile company - reputabile company , Ship did not make port and wasnt till 8 hours before docking before we got notice. They completely reefunded all moneys because it was not our fault. will book with them next time and hopefully our ship can make port.

Must see!! - Very amazing experience our guide Eric was very knowledgeable, everyone on the tour was actually knowledgeable and all the staff was sweet. The lagoon was great. Everything was such a nice experience. Def was a great excursion.

Great excursion! - Our driver and guide were excellent and the tour of the ruins and lagoon were great. Would definitely book again. We had a little difficulty finding the starting point but it all worked out.

Not a small group experience. - Our guide Eric was great. Unfortunately, we were part of a mixed group. Half wanted to spend more time at the lake and half wanted to spend more time at the ruins. We were on a cruise for a short time. As a result, I felt short-changed at both. I thought this was going to be a small group. Read the contract carefully.
