Kayak tour with guide through Laguna Nichuptė, Cancun - We took the kayak tour through the Nichuptè Lagoon. An incredible place!! A beautiful experience. Our guide was Greg. He explained to us everything about the lagoon, its flora and fauna. He was very patient with us and a lovely person. We thank you very much. A highly recommended walk.

Best way to see the mangroves - Our family of 5 (3 teens and parents @ age 50) booked the 8am tour. It was fantastic and the absolute best way to see the mangroves. We have only kayaked once in our lives so we weren’t super experienced but it was not difficult. Our guide slowed down when some of us fell behind (going against the current was more difficult than at the beginning). Going inside the mangroves was the best. We saw many small fish and birds. There was only one negative: we didn’t know that minors under age 18 must ride with an adult. Mom & dad would have had a better time in a single kayak but those are the rules…so know that in advance. As the other reviews said, the jet skis going through the channels were annoying but they were infrequent. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Axel was our tour guide... - Axel was our tour guide and was excellent! Showed us around the Lagoon and we got to see few fishes and sting rays. The time at a secluded beach was tranquil! Would love to come here again and explore other parts of the lagoon. Would definitely recommend this kayak tour for others.

Must try - This experience was a million times better than expected. Gaby and Axel were amazing. I saw two sting rays, several fish jumping from the water, and so many other fauna. Axel was very knowledgeable and a highly skilled kayaker. He guided us through the mangroves and provided water/fruit. I was struggling learning how to kayak but he had so much patience. 100% would do again

Fantastic kayaking experience in Cancun - Absolutely wonderful experience! We had Axel as our guide and it ended up just my wife and myself so it was more like a private tour. It was so calm and peaceful on the water, and Axel was great sharing facts and wildlife with us as we wxplored rhe lagoon. We ended seeing four different types of herring, puffer fish, crabs, and rays and got to traverse inside natural channels between the magroves! It was a fantastic start to our vacation and Gabby was wonderful throughout the booking process and Axel was amazing for the tour.

We recommend - A beautiful tour through the mangroves by kayak. There are different tour options, I can definitely recommend the dense path! You can see a lot of animals and the guide also tells you a lot about the nature in the area

Great experience for the money! - Overall a fantastic tour for the money. Our guide Axel was so kind and accommodating. He did the tour in English with just me and my husband as we were the only 4:00pm but also did some Spanish because he knew we were trying to immerse with some Spanish experience. I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time and they were incredibly accommodating-helping me on and checking on me once in awhile. The area was beautiful and we saw almost all the wildlife from the description. The only problem was finding the location (just past the Residence Inn Hotel). It’s not marked so you need to make sure you have wifi or service a bit before the tour so you can see their messages. If you ride a bus, the nearest stop to the meeting point is about 2 km (not bad unless you’re pregnant! :))

Don’t take this horrible trip - Don't take this tour, it's scary. I arrived at the meeting point at the designated time, but I didn't see anyone. After waiting for a while, I contacted the operator asking for help, but no one responded. I contacted customer service, and the service was very slow. Then half an hour later, I suddenly received a reply from the operator saying that I missed the tour as a no show. More importantly, after I took photos of the "attractions". The operator actually followed me and secretly photographed me and threatened me. I have never had such an experience. I thought that most of the people in Mexico were simple people, but here they were actually subjected to physical attacks.
