Great Family Excursion - Elsye our tour guide personalized the tour to meet the needs of our large family group (there was 9 of us). She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made good recommendations. Our driver Hansel was quiet but very nice and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday so not all the locations were open. We were able to go to a beautiful beach on the more uninhabited part of the island, tequila tasting, and had lunch at a local restaurant where you could go swimming, enjoy the facilities, and eat at the same time. Communication with this company was excellent. They were very responsive to all our inquiries. We communicated through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Recommended tour company for Cozumel, Mexico! - We had a great experience with this company as part of our excursion tour in Cozumel. First of all, after booking this company, Mario responded promptly and gave us detailed instructions where will be our meet up place and what are expected/included/excluded in the trip. On the day of the tour itself - Juan, the tour guide is very friendly, funny and has in depth knowledge about the Mayan history and culture. Our driver, Jesus (Choi) did a great job taking care of us during the trip (ex. It rained when we were inside San Gervasio and he ran inside the place just us to give us umbrellas). The best part of the tour is that you have 5 hours of going around the island BUT it will be up to you or your team to decide where you want to go. Juan time managed everything and we were able to see the best of the island during the tour. Overall, we are impressed by this company! Kudos to Juan and Choi!

Cozumel Tour - Crew was very attentive. Tour was great. Beach was fun and food at Restaurant was good. Overall we had a blast. Good air conditioning in the Vans and the vehicles were also clean. Host was great and informative. Will definitely come back.

Visit Cozumel Private VIP tour - We were a family of 21 ported in Cozumel with Royal Caribbean. We booked this private tour and had two vans. Aldair and Ricky were our tour guides for the day. This tour can be customized and after telling Aldair and Ricky what we wanted to do for the day, they had made a plan with us and made sure we would make it back to the ship on time. Our age group was 5yo-74yo; we decided to go to a local shop to get some souvenirs, then went to San Gervasio and opted to have a private tour with Ricky ($14/pp entrance fee to the ruins and $60 for a private tour for 21 people) he was able to walk us through and taught us more about the Mayan Culture and their beliefs, then we ended the day at a beach ($20 fee/pp) that included beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and tequila tasting (food menu available at extra cost). Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. We all had a great time with Visit Cozumel Tours.

We went to the Mayan ruins and a beach resort. - Mario and Aldair were amazing tour guides. They both worked hard and were very entertaining. I learned a lot of history and was able to see a lot of beautiful sights.

Best decision to book this experience - Anna is a wonderful host. Jesus is a safe driver and accommodated all our requests. She along with Jesus made this a memorable experience for our family.

Cozumel day tour - Ricky and George were great. We had an itinerary planned, but they rearranged it to give us minimum wait time for tours and the maximum time at each site. And Ricky shared lots of information about Cozumel past and present. We had a great time!

MUST BOOK! Skip cruise excursions and book this! - This tour is a must book. Communication with the company was great. They provided support and information to help us prepare for our tour. They even made last minute accommodations for us following Hurricane Beryl. Our tour guide Elsy and driver Jorge made our time in Cozumel wonderful! Elsy was friendly and very knowledgeable. She taught us about the Mayan culture and recommended the BEST location for lunch. 10/10 would recommend!
