amazing trip! - The trip was amazing. Our Tour guides Mario and Santos were superb in explaining the history behind Chichen Itza; both guides ensured the itinerary of the trip was translated clearly in both english and spanish and went above and beyond for us. When being shown around Chichen Itza our tour guide , Santos , brought along printed photos to give visuals to the Myan culture he was explaining as well as to Show us the Snake shadow which is only visible during spring. Not only this , we were provided with cold refreshments each time we got back to the bus after being out in the heat . All in all, the trip was great and the tour guides made the experience even better.

Awesome Day Of Fun! - Can't say enough good things about this tour from Xcaret. The bus, tour, guides,Valladolid, lunch and the Cenote swimming was incredible. The tour was well organized and well done from start to finish. Literally an entire day of activities. Probably our favorite part of our Cancun trip.

Book this tour asap!! - What an incredible experience and wonderful tour! The early start makes the day incredibly worth while, getting to Chichen Itza before it opens and being some of the first people there and beating the extreme midday heat is brilliant. Swimming in the Cenote to cool down before a classic lunch was perfect. Our guide Sarai and “ el capitán” Juan were excellent. If you’re visiting Cancun you have to book this tour!!

Well worth the money! - This was great! Well with the money. It’s an all day excursion. The tour of Xichen Itza was terrific, then you go to a beautiful cenote to swim, then on to a beautiful restaurant. The restaurant was a buffet style but the food was terrific! You will see things that you could never see on your own.

Ultimate Mayan experience - My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our tour. Our tour guide, Silvestre, AKA “Rambo” was a knowledgeable and passionate guide who not only taught us about the Mayan culture, but made of feel immersed and a part of the culture and landscape of the region. I hope to have him as a tour guide on future visits. Jenni was also a kind and wonderful guide who helped us to always feel comfortable. Halfway through the tour, I felt sick from the heat at Chichén Itzá. Silvestre and Felipe ensured that I felt better and made sure that I was okay before proceeding to the Cenotes. I truly felt safe and in caring hands at that vulnerable time. Thankfully, after sitting in the cold bus and getting hydrated, I got to continue enjoying the beautiful tour to Valladolid. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience 3 phenomenal locations in one day. And once again, to the wonderful staff members, Silvestre, Jenni, and Felipe, thank you for making our experience so seamless and enjoyable!! You made the experience above the rest!

It far exceeded my expectations. Everything excellent!!!! - Unmissable excursion. It far exceeded my expectations. Everything is designed to have a spectacular time. The guide Armando is a crack, he knows a lot and accompanied us throughout the day. Exquisite breakfast, unlimited drinks throughout the day, they give you a very nice bottle of water as a gift. The tour of Chichén Itzá was spectacular, Álvaro guided us there, excellent too. Then we visited and bathed in a 66 million year old cenote. Without words… a very enriching experience. Later we went to Valladolid and had lunch in an excellent place. A mansion from the Xcaret group from the 19th century, the best service and exquisite food. José attended to us, excellent too. Don't hesitate to pay a little more for this tour because it is really worth every penny. Thank you!

A great way to spend the day - This was a good tour and we enjoyed the guide. We learned a lot about the area. This was a good thing to do if it’s raining. The lunch had a few veggies options.

Terrible XCARET tour co. - I had looked up a couple companies online and asked the tour agent and they said they are good but XCARET is better and EXPENSIVE. The truth is any company will do as they all go, one bus behind the other, to see the same sites ,which on their own are beautiful . It is the guides that make the difference. Our guide was terrible explaining on the bus ride how to order your own mayan necklace to make money for XCARET. Also, at chichenitza he rushed the tour only showing one side of the pyramid and then taking us along a path full of vendors that he promoted their items to buy. This left us less time to see much of the great buildings at the site. We had to go backtrack on our own to see the other sides of the pyramid. I asked about going around to see the other buildings as other groups did , but he actually said no, only path back was through the vendors again. I complained to the tour agent and XCARET but they said there was no problem.Hey,the tourists have left and new ones are coming so they don't care about you.It is all about money . WOW. So do not use XCARET tours , see how they like it. Pick your own affordable tour , they are all similar and the sites are beautiful regardless ,just don't use XCARET, hopefully much better guides elsewhere.
