Excellent transfer to the hotel - I was glad we booked transportation from the airport to our hotel in Quito. We arrived at the airport and a lady was waiting with a sign with my name. She connected us with our driver and road to the hotel with us, sharing some insights into Quito. Super easy experience that was worth the price.

This private transfer delivered - As promised, after exiting baggage claim and customs from our late night international flight, we were met by our driver who was holding a sign with our names on it. He introduced himself (sorry, too dead to remember his name), helped us with bags to the car. The car was very new, immaculate and well driver. What more do you want?

Complete lack of common courtesies - Absolute lack of common courtesy and service from the driver. About three words come out of him. No “how are you, how was your flight, where are coming from, is the temperature in the car okay”? Not expecting a conversation the whole trip, just basic courtesy. Found it very odd for someone in tourism to lack basic common courtesies.
