Great day out! - This was a great experience. I was collected by Ali and his daughter Zeneb and I would like to thank them for their kind hospitality. Ali is a very warm, caring man and I felt safe in his hands on the long journey. I really enjoyed my interaction with Zeneb who is a very intelligent young woman and very interesting to talk to. I loved learning about the differences in our cultures. The guide in Chefchaouen was also good and his knowledge of the city and history of Morocco was excellent. I have wanted to visit Chefchaouen for a very long time and I’m so glad to have experienced it with such lovely people.

must do! - Overall - worth it! If you have an extra day - you should 100% do it. The drive is long- but it doesn’t feel too bad. Very doable! The driver, Ismail, was the best! Made the time go by so quick there and back- and stopped for breaks for the bathroom or food whenever. He was so accommodating! He was full of information regarding Morocco, as he gave us information all along the drive regarding the countryside lifestyle. The guide at Chefchaouen was very nice as well. He was a little soft spoken- sometimes was difficult to hear! Also beware of the tourist traps while on your tour in the blue city- as your guide may try to persuade you to go into a rug shop, which will take up some of your limited time there! The people of the blue city are so kind- and it is as beautiful as the photos look!

Chefchaouen day tour - excellent ! - Amazing driver (Mellak) and tour guide. Both made the experience seamless and ++++ enjoyable ! The 6 hour drive was seamless with Mellak and the tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and a great photographer. I would definitely recommend this to any friends or family coming to Morocco.

Scenic - The Blue City is interesting and the guide explained the reason. Getting there was a long trip but the second half of the journey was very scenic.

Blue city - History of blue city. Our guide Abdul was extremely knowledgeable . He took his time explaining the various transition of generations from the time of Mohammed to now. He was also very patient and navigated a seamless walk thru the city without using the stairs. The design of the homes allowing the rooms to be cool in the day and warm at nights during the various weather was extremely fascinating. The residents were very courteous and warm . The blue color reminds me of the ocean. Loved it even though it was a long drive from Casablanca. I must also commend my driver (Nazib???) for his skills . Thank you for a safe journey.

Amazing… Noureddine is the best! - My visit to Chefchaucen “the Blue City” was the absolute highlight of my Moroccan trip to Casablanca! Noureddine was my driver to the “Blue City” and he was such a gentleman with a great personality. I felt so completely safe, comfortable, and pleasantly happy on my private tour with him in the car that I asked to sit up front. This is a big deal coming from a solo female traveler. He was so attentive to making sure that I enjoyed the journey. For example, I expressed interest in wanting olive oil after seeing so many trees along the way, and he surprisingly stopped at a speciality store for me to get the best quality olive oil from the countryside. There was a different tour guide inside blue city. He is from the oldest family settled there, so he was extremely knowledgeable about the area. The people, the culture, the beautiful blue and white homes, the restaurants, the oranges, the scrumptious brick oven baked pastries, the delicious pil pil and tajine at riad hicham, the hospitality of Machkour rugs, and the journey there with the countryside views of mountains and rivers was all amazing! This is a tour that I have to repeat with my fiancé and mom… and the same driver, Noureddine.

Trip to Morocco Wouldn’t be Complete - I was initially hesitant about this trip due to the long periods on the road (approximately 5 hours each way). However, after the trip, my whole family loved it. It was the icing on the cake for our trip to Morocco. Our driver, Yossef, and local guide, Fouad were simply great. We had enough time to enjoy the sights, do some shopping, and even had a great lunch in Chefchouen. I’m greatly appreciate of our driver for accommodating us, especially during the Muslim fasting month, as we reached Casablanca close to 8 pm. I highly recommend this trip to anyone.

Mourns is the walking guide you want. - Mourad the walking tour guide in Chefchaouen was amazing. He was informative, kind, funny and his hospitality was above and beyond. The driver from Casablanca to Chefchaouen was far from friendly, provided no cold water, limited air conditioning and did not communicate with us at all. Unfortunately all this was included in the price of the trip but not provided. We had to ask to stop for water and pay for it ourselves.

May not be worth 5 hour drive ! - Driver Abdul was great-wish he was our guide - but the actual guide _ Abdullah was terrible - made the 5 hour drive not worth it ; talked to his friends more than he talked to us and gave us no history or co text behind the beautiful city ; he just said take photo here or there - and made the day not worth it 3 stars - because driver was great - took care of family and our needs

Blue city - I want to acknowledge Omar for his excellent driving skills, which made our 5-hour road trip very comfortable. Blue City is a great destination that is definitely worth visiting. Our local guide had a great knowledge of the area. However, I feel that the whole experience could have been even better if our guide had given us some free time to explore on our own instead of sending us back to our driver and hotel right after the tour.
