Nice day trip to Rabat - Sila Aldine is a great guide - very friendly and gave a lot of history and facts! The driver, Abdul, picked up on time at the hotel and the trip was a seamless ride. Visited what was on the itinerary and some additional places (unfortunately, the le forum was closed early for an event but able to walk around and see views of Rabat). Be sure to bring cash as the lunch spot was cash only + you’ll have time to explore/pass by shops.

Trip to Rabat - Aimne was my tour guide and he was really knowledgeable regarding the history of all the sites we visited. He was also down to earth and personal. I was able to see the sites, take pictures and I also had enough time to walk around and breath in all of the beauty with each site. I would absolutely recommend this tour 🙂

Wonderful family time in beautiful Rabat - The Rabat tour was much more fun for my family than I expected! AbdeRazzak was a wonderful, professional and safe driver who took a great care of us and made all the stops we wanted. The tour guide Muhammad, was so kind, knowledgeable and made sure every member of the family had a good time. He did a great job walking us through the many beautiful sights of Rabat. We loved walking around the Hassan tower and marveled at the multicultural artistry at the mosolium. Walking around the Oudiy Kasbah was both a peaceful and a beautiful experience, especially with all the history, the presence of multi cultural and multi faith touches all over the place. We ended with a great shopping experience at the Madinah bazaar and had great deals with thehelp of Muhammad. The kids enjoyed the many delicious treats and fresh jucies they had along the way. I highly recommend Shuttle Layover And Tours, Mourad went out of his way to take the best care of us and give us the custom experience we wanted. The van we used was nice, comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this company to everybody, and we went ahead and booked the rest of our Morocco tours with them.

Hire Mehdi - Mehdi was great. Pleasant. Gave good advice. Good driver. Very friendly and helpful. It was especially good that he provided advice.

Casablanca-Rabat tour - The tour was great. I was a solo traveler and my driver Foeid was great! He provided a lot of information and ensured that I got to see everything in Rabat.

Visit to Rabat - El Mahdi El Hail was a great driver and he showed us beautiful sites in Rabat. He took time to make sure we had a nice lunch and wonderful visit. Would highly recommend!!

Do not recommended : Self-tour in Rabat - This tour was not what was sold on the page and what I expected. The driver was really nice and welcoming. The guide Dino (his nickname he said to call him, can’t remember his name) even though really nice did not come with us on any of the site. He did give some information about the places in the car going from one to another but once arrived he would just drop us and give us 30mn to 1h depending of the place to visit on our own. We were each solo travelers and thankfully we were nice towards one another and stick together and helped one another. We were the only group that the guide just left us at a spot and left with the driver (we saw different groups at different timing doing same stops as us and the guide would go down with them and walk around with them and give them history along the way) this tour was basically a self guided tour with some information given when coming back in the car. When I paid, we were supposed to go see the royal Palace, we barely passed in front of it (okay we can’t go inside but then at least show it to us closer). We had to ask locals (thankfully i speack french so I could translate to the others) whenever we were lost or looking for something. He also just told us we would do a tour on the river without asking if we wanted and just said give us the money so we could go do that activity (yes it was nice but would have been fun to wait to see if everyone had the budget for that since it was not written in the activities we would have been doing). We walked on our own till the lighthouse to find out it was closed for him to then tell us while on the boat when questions asked that it has been closed since its not the season. We walked and visited ourselves the market and same for every monument : the mausoleum of Mohamed V, the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah des Oudaias, the garden, the corniche! At this point we could have paid for taxi to bring us around and did the tour ourselves or taken the fast train from Casablanca to Rabat on our own and then visites on our own or with audio guide. They are nice but the experience is not what we paid for or what was sold to us since a guide normally should guide you around and not just leave you on your own and goes with the driver.
