The best possible way to slip into the culture of Rabat - 7 of us had the best time with Mohamed on Monday. I think the street food in Rabat has to be the best in Morocco and sampling it all with Mohamed is such a delightful way to spend the day. He shared with us so many different delights as well as splashes of history and culture along the way. We all just loved it. He even gave us a box of delicious Moroccan cookies for our train ride to Fez. Don’t think twice- just book it!

Rabat is so beautiful - Wonderful walking tour with Mohamed B - through the streets of Rabat, the Medina, the Kasbah, the mausoleum, the parks - we covered a lot of ground, a lot of history and sites! excellent tour, with a charming, friendly and smart guide who is proud of his country and its history. thank you!

Unique experience - Moahmmed guided us through the streets of the Medina, providing us with a unique experience, immersing us in the flavors, scents, and history of this wonderful land. After tasting various typical specialties, we had lunch with a selection of typical Moroccan dishes. This experience cannot even be defined as touristy; rather, it is an immersion into the culture and daily life of the Medina.

Wonderful experience in Rabat - We had a delightful time with Imane! She met us promptly at the tram station and we started out immediately to explore the food market in her neighborhood. The places she had selected for us were wonderful--donuts, soup, dates stuffed with walnuts, and of course those fantastic Moroccan olives. It was the perfect amount of strolling at a leisurely pace--We even had time to make a quick visit to the seashore for sunset. Next we reached her mother-in-law's riad where the dinner began. It's a lovely place and ever so comfy. We could not believe the amount of food that had been prepared and served to us. Bread, olives, side dishes like carrots, beets, eggplant, potates, and that doesn't ever count the main courses. The chicken, olive, and lemon tajine was some of the best we've had in Morocco. Loved the spicy meatballs, and being fairly close to the coast, there were fried sardines. And the company was as charming as promised. Of course her MIL was there, the two of us, Imane, and her husband joined us. It was such a fun filled evening, just as the description had promised. You really do feel like you are part of the family. We had been a little leery when we first read about eating dinner at a stranger's house, but we are SO glad we did. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

Great way to visit the Medina and eat - Great tour. Imane, my guide, was knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of the foods and customs. I really enjoyed my day.

Rabat Food Tour with Mohammad - This was hands down the best tour we have taken in Morocco. Highly recommend. Mohammad was very informative and is fluent in English as well French and Arabic. We really enjoyed seeing and taste testing the food around the market. It was a wonderful experience to share an absolutely delicious home made meal with his family. They were all very warm and welcoming. Our guide, Mohammad really enjoys what he does and it shine through. I would give this Rabat Food tour a complete 10/10..

A great Moroccan experience - Great experience, walking through the market and sampling different foods and mingling with local merchants. The food served at the home was fabulous and the family was so kind and conversational.

100% Worth it at Twice the Price! - Simply amazing! If you want an authentic experience, not to mention avoid getting lost in the medinas… book this tour. The food, the people, the guide and of course our dinner then dessert by the river were first rate. This tour would have been a bargain at twice the price! So glad we did it. Felt Like a Local ! - Great local guide who welcomed us into his family home. As another foodie, he was knowledgeable about the local markets, vendors, and food preparations. Excellent chicken tangine with vegetables, beets, and many other accompaniments.
