Beautiful experience - Staff were very nice and welcoming, we enjoyed planting the mangroves and cleaning up. The lunch served was amazing too.

Amazing experience! - BHS embarked on an incredible kayaking adventure, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. The picturesque landscapes enhanced the thrill of paddling through serene waters. As a unique touch, we also participated in a tree-planting activity, adding a meaningful and eco-friendly element to our memorable excursion. Fun and nice fr families - Very good I saw the mud crabs and fishes on the way to the island’ the guide took us around the area to show us the best of the mangroves cool experience

Fun activity but don’t expect to much - The transfer was very expensive it that 250 riyal. De driver almost made a accident by driving to fast en he was watching video’s on his phone. Switching lane without signal. We almost got hit by a car. So for us the transfer was 0 points. When we came there we started the activity is was a nice experience. The water is beautiful but that’s kinda it. I couldn’t enjoy it that much because i was worried about going back with the transfer.

Underwhelming - The place is quite difficult to find and access. The GPS around the area will lead you to the wrong place since the area hasn’t been updated geographically.
The tour guide spoke limited English. He was difficult to understand though kind.
Visiting the mangroves will be dependent on the tides. With low tides, you won’t visit them. You’ll literally walk around them.
Calling for an Uber or taxi around the area is tough since this location is quite far from Doha; at least 45 minutes of a drive.

Disappointment - I was very disappointed!! The guide hardly could speak English. We arrived a bit early and instead of telling us to wait for the water he took us to the open water. We paddled for more than an hour in a big wind and could not get even close to the mangrove trees. When finally arrived back completely tired, wet, and cold the tide had arrived. He was unprofessional, he even said that the water is low because the wind is too big, but the tide has nothing to do with the wind. It could have been such a nice day!!
