- Sofokli Venizelou 62 - Discover the coastline of Crete by parachuting on the beach of Rethymno! Enjoy a gentle flight over the Aegean Sea, looking out over the stunning coastline and city. An instructor will accompany you to the boat, from where you will be lifted into the air. Within 10 minutes, you’ll feel the wind and the sun’s rays hitting you as you float through the sky. You will then gently descend to the boat to complete your amazing ride!
When booking please read through the options and the requirements if any. Please note that the starting time might vary by up to 30 minutes due to weather conditions or if it’s too crowded (for safety reasons).

There are 2 Popeye Watersports meeting points (64 Ari Velouchioti Str. & 62 Sofokli Venizelou str.) both on the same beach, within 5min walking distance one from the other. The second meeting point is located at the end of the beach of Rethymno. Our company does not provide pick-ups.

My experience at the Popeye Water Sports - The experience at Popeye Water sports was magnificent. The employees were very polite so were the bosses. The prices were normal for the time limit of the activity. They had a very generous variety of Water Sport activities, by which we enjoyed most of them throughout our stay in Rethymno. I would surely suggest it to everyone if you go to Rethymno.If you want my opinion Parasailing is the most interesting since you get to see the whole city of Rethymno and all of its sights!

Paragliding experiance - We had wanted to try paragliding for ages and were so glad we picked Popeye watersports..they really looked after us and even took some photos for us.

Mega experience with a cool group - We spent 7 nights on Crete and did parasailing for the first time with Popeye Watersports. It was amazing. The people are really into it. It was so much fun that we did it again.

Once in a lifetime experience - It was my friends birthday and we chose the popeyes to do parasailing. It was the most amazing experience and we felt so comfortable and safe with the guys. the lady at the front desk was so friendly and warming. We decided to go back to them the next day to do the crazy sofa as we had such a good experience. The guy even took our polaroid pictures for us and they gave us a cheeky discount. cannot thank them enough.

You must do it! - Went Parasailing with Popeye Watersports! This was the most amazing experience, the staff were incredible! Not just recommended it is a MUST! I’m back in a few days to go again!
