All passengers are required to be ready at their designated pickup point 30 minutes before their booked departure. Shuttles will go to different hotels in the Reykjavik area to collect passengers who have booked hotel pick-ups, and all passengers are then brought to the bus terminal where the transfer coach will be waiting. The coach will then drive directly to Keflavik airport, where you will be dropped off by the terminal building from where all flights depart. During the 45 minute drive to Keflavik airport you can either relax in our modern and comfortable coaches or make use of the free WiFi on board. The transfer service is available every day of the week, all year round, in connection with all scheduled passenger flights to and from Iceland through Keflavik International Airport (KEF). This dependable service runs daily throughout the year, coinciding with pre-arranged passenger flights via Keflavik International Airport (KEF). We initiate pick-ups from hotels half an hour prior to the announced departure time and transport all passengers from their lodging to the bus station in Reykjavik City, which is the point of departure for the coach.
- Please note that travelers staying in hotels in Reykjavik city centre must go to the nearest bus stop for their pick-up, due to traffic restrictions by local authorities. Details given in pick up details.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcases and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Child and youth rates apply only when accompanied by an adult, and for maximum 2 children/youths per each adult.

Smooth ride - Bus was on time, no hassle. It was also a good experience to pass by erupted 🌋 volcano. Bus was clean and adequate compartment for luggage.

Great transfer to airport from downtown Reykjavik - This is a great way to get to the airport. I read reviews and some complained of no pick ip. It is very IMPORTANT to read that if you have a pick ip it is 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. We were outside our hotel 35 minutes prior and were picked up in 15 minutes. Taken to the main station to get on a larger bus. They handled all of our luggage for us. Comfortable bus and clean. Driver was great and we arrived in plenty of time. Follow the directions when you are booking. I would recommend this transfer to anyone needing to get to the airport. Less money than a taxi.

Good ride - Prompt and safe transportation. You are picked up at the bus stop by your hotel due to no bus policy in the city and taken to the bus hub for the ride to the airport. Great!

On time pickup and delivery to airport. Good service. - On time pickup from nominated hotel. Driver helpful with luggage. Change of bus at BIS Terminal then direct to airport. Very easy process.

Right on time. Helpful and convenient transfer to the airport. - Our driver was right on time and right in front of our hotel as requested. We were then transferred to a larger coach at the bus depot and we were on our way to the Keflavik Airport in comfort. Arrived in time for our flight.

Who am I waiting for? - Overall the service was good. I did have one concern. I was to meet the provider at a bus stop near my hotel at 2:30 and asked to arrive a few minutes early. I was not told what type of vehicle to be watching for and when a Gray line bus drove by at 2:40 without stopping I became concerned. I called and was given a description of the bus to watch for. I was happy when a driver stopped and asked for me but his late arrival was stressful.

Never again, confusing, different emails, more than one bus to get to airport. - Last time I book with your company. What a freaking mess. The day before my pick-up date, I get 3 different emails. The first stated no pick up place and no the. The 2nd, listed pick up of 8 a.m. and right pick up, the 3rd stated correct place, but pick up of 7.30 - 8.45.
I had to call to ensure what was right.
Then the day I get picked up. It was after 8 a.m., then, I get dropped off at another place. I had no idea what was going on. Then we were told to go get in another bus. It was confusing which bus to get into fir the airport. What a circus, never again eigh your company.

Awful Experience!! - They cancelled my airport Pic up when I told them not to, and I had to Rebook it, at the Airport on my way to the Hotel, and then for the Airport Drop off, I choose a 2pm pickup and they left me waiting there and never came, I ended up taking an expensive taxi instead. Awful Experience!!

No Show - Did not pick us up. When I called the tour operator, he claimed they didn’t have a pickup location listed for us. We had to take a taxi to the airport in order to not miss our international flight.

Unreliable, horrible customer service, left us stranded - Absolutely fraudulent. Avoid at all costs. We booked 24 hours in advance. We were at the designated pickup stop on time. We messaged the operator 2 minutes past the pickup. After 8 messages, we received a call from the company suggesting that we had missed our pickup despite the fact that we had been waiting there per instructions but they were going to rebooks us 30 minutes later. After waiting another 20 minutes with no pickup in sight we texted yet again and this time after 4 messages we finally received a confirmation at 7:28 am for 7:30 am pickup. Again no one showed up so we had to take a taxi to avoid missing our bus. Despite all screenshots of messages neither Viator nor the operator agreed to cancel and refund. Complete scam. Interestingly the operator working hours are 7am despite the fact that they take reservations earlier than that. Don’t risk it. It’s not worth it. Find an alternative.
