We will take a walk in the National Park and see also Öxárárfoss, a small waterfall that you maybe know from ‘Game of Thrones’

A short lunch break is planned in the Geysir Restaurant, where we can strengthen ourselves for the rest of the day. (Price for lunch is not included).

  • Gullfoss Waterfall - Iceland’s most powerful waterfall with an interesting background story is waiting for you. In Winter Gullfoss is one of the most beautiful Waterfalls ins Iceland, in Summer you can get even closer and feel the power of the water.

Highly recommend - I can’t recommend this tour enough. Giuseppe was a wonderful guide! Both my wife and I are my parents are frequent travelers and we collectively agreed this is one of the best tours any of us have taken, anywhere. It’s a long day so pack your snacks, but it’s totally worth it.

Incredible tour of Iceland - It was incredible. She showed us so many cool things in Iceland. She even made time for me to see Bobby Fischer’s grave. Which originally was not on the tour. Excellent!!

Generous full day of fun and fascination! - A thoroughly enjoyable day that fulfilled our expectations. There was no rush at any of the sites, the day passed at a gentle pace so it extended well beyond official completion time with no complaints from anybody, a generous full day and we collapsed happily into bed exhausted. Naming a preferred visit was impossible amongst such a feast of geological highlights but there were also great birds and plants to be seen!

Excellent - This was a really well organised and interesting trip. Jasmine was an excellent guide, she struck the perfect balance of interesting information and quiet down time to take in the amazing sites. Very comfortable vehicle too.

Loved learning the geology and history of the Golden Circle - The geologist tour guide was fantastic at explaining the geology of the national park, geysers, waterfalls, and volcanic cones. She also knows the history of Iceland and the places we visited. Her patience with our physical condition (not the best for me) on the hikes was heart warming. Highly recommend this tour!

Great educational tour - Jasmin's tour was awesome! So fascinating learning the geology of the area by someone so passionate about volcanoes (and Iceland). We visited the 4 major stops of the Golden Circle and spent a perfect amount of time at each. The group was small so perfect for plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Some hiking so be prepared. Three recommendations for future participants - wear sunscreen, bring a refillable water bottle and something cushy to put behind you as the seat belt in the middle back seat is quite uncomfortable.

Great Golden Circle tour with a knowledgeable guide. - What more could you ask for. A knowledgeable guide, great history and beautiful scenery. It is obvious Jasmine loves what she does, very enthusiastic about the complicated geology of the golden circle area but at the same time makes it easy to understand. I highly recommend this tour, but only if you don’t care to be on a bus /van with a lot of people and want to learn a lot

Highly recommend this tour! - Jasmin was a fantastic guide. Very clear communication ahead of our trip and she was waiting for us at our agreed meeting point with car seats for my children. This is a small group tour and is therefore more intimate and far less rushed. The level of knowledge that Jasmin has about geology is amazing and she really brings Iceland alive. We were all fascinated and learnt so much. Unlike other tours that drop you off and give you a brief amount of time to take in the sights, this tour allows longer to explore, and Jasmin accompanies you to explain about the interesting history as well as geological aspects. Unlike the standard golden circle Tim his also takes in the crater which is not to be missed. I wish that we could have taken her with us to South Iceland! I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

Great way to see the Golden Circle - To the Thingvellir National Park to see Europe and America being pulled apart, the Geysir Strokkur which are amazing - even if they did not perform to their full height , the Gullfoss Waterfall with ice was astonishing, and the Kerid Crater very beautiful as the sun was setting. Our Geologist with us all the way. The only thing that lets this down was the tour vehicle was just was not big enough for 6 adults ... having to unfold ourselves from the bench seats.
