- Kerid Crater - Kerið is an iconic volcanic crater of 55 meters depth.
- Secret Lagoon - Gamla Laugin - The Secret Lagoon is Iceland’s second most famous lagoon. It derives from a hot spring which makes it a relaxing bathing spot.
A friendly reminder: Since Secret Lagoon will be closed for facility upgrades from May 13th to 23rd, we will be using Laugarvatn Fontana geothermal spa instead.
- Golden Circle Route - The Golden Circle is a must-see if you are travelling to Reykjavik. It covers three very different and remarkable destinations: Geysir geothermal area, Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir national park.
- Strokkur - Strokkur is the little brother or the famous Geysir which not active anymore. Strokkur though is still very active blowing water up into the air every 7 to 10 minutes.
At this stop can you also purchase food.
- Gullfoss Waterfall - Gullfoss is a waterfall of the White River Hvítá. It has two steps of 11 and 21 meters and there are pulling more 100 m3 water through it at a second.
- Thingvellir National Park - The Thingvellir are both historically and geologically a important location. Here was the first icelandic parliament founded in the late 900s and this is also the a visible division between the eurasian and the north american continental plates.

On the Golden Circle & Secret Lagoon Tour, you’ll discover a variety of incredible and unique locations in Southwest Iceland. Indulge in a soothing and rejuvenating soak in the natural geothermal waters of the Secret Lagoon. This attraction is a natural hot spring and holds the title of being Iceland’s oldest swimming pool. This is followed by a trip to notable locations in the Golden Circle - the Geysir hot spring, Gullfoss or the ‘Golden Waterfall’, the stunning Þingvellir national park and the spectacular Kerið volcanic crater.

Great tour - Though the weather was not very cooperative with us, the tour itself was still very much enjoyable. Both guide and driver were very knowledgeable and skilled for a busy, eventful day.

Great tour at a very good price. Best value in expensive Iceland - The full day tour is a very well put together overview of Iceland’s volcanic past and present. By adding in the secret lagoon, it gives an additional experience and breaks the day up nicely. Very inexpensive day. Dinner for 2 with a glass of wine costs more. Our guide Daniel was very knowledgeable

Highly recommended! - We had an unforgettable tour of the Golden Circle. Our tour guide, Andy, was courteous, he kept us on schedule, protected our gear while we roamed, and shared fascinating information about Iceland. I know that all of that driving and waiting for 10-11hrs at a Time can be taxing, so I’m eternally grateful. I learned so much! I feel the amount of time we got at each stop was appropriate and the Secret Lagoon was such a great experience. This was the first tour I’ve ever booked, and I don’t regret it. I think seeing all of those sites in one day would have seemed impossible if I planned it myself. Thank you again for such a great time!

Fantastic tour with so many sites! - Firstly I highly recommend any tour by Bus Travel Iceland. From pick up to drop off, you will not be disappointed.
Our guide was Joanna, who was full of energy, fun and facts. She is a gem and we just loved her! And our driver Albert, who took excellent care of us.
This was our first adventure in Iceland and it was amazing. Our tour day was sunny and clear. Kerid crater is beautiful and the geysers are amazing. The waterfalls are just WOW and so different. Thingvellir Park is also an amazing spot full of history.
But the Secret Lagoon was a highlight and is a MUST for a relaxing soak in nature. Make sure to bring your swimsuit and read their website to learn about this place.
As a bonus, we also had a chance to meet and feed some horses on the way back. What a great way to kick off our trip!

Great day at Iceland - This was definitely a most due tour you have to do, Joana our guide and Michael the driver there were great and they gives enough of time on each stop and there professional’s and friendly. We really enjoy the time in the Secret lagoon, it was perfect

A great day at Golden Circle - A long but fun day. Visit of the Secret Lagoon was relaxing. Although probably better be arranged at the end. We had many stops with sufficient time for each.
