- Bláhylur - We will take you to the stunning Bláhylur crater, which is full of turquoise blue water. This natural wonder is fascinating and formed approximately 1200 years ago during massive volcanic activity that occurred at Bárðarbunga and Torfajökull calderas simultaneously.
- Landmannalaugar - Landmannalaugar is located in Iceland’s Fjallabak Nature Reserve in the Highlands. It is at the edge of the Laugahraun lava field, formed in an eruption in approximately 1477. It is known for its natural geothermal hot springs and incredibly fascinating landscape.
We will take a short hike while at Landmannalaugar and will also bathe in the warmth of a geothermal hot spring.
Some of the 13 hours tour time includes driving.
- Haifoss - These powerful waterfalls are from where the Fossá river splits in two to form two incredible waterfalls, Háifoss and Granni.
- Hjalparfoss - Our first stop is on the way to Landmannalaugar is Hjálparfoss. Hjállparfoss (Help waterfall) is a beautiful waterfall in the spectacular valley Þjórsárdalur in the South Region in Iceland. The waterfall is among 20 waterfalls in Iceland that are easily accessible and popular to visit and, on the list of most visited places in Iceland. The waterfall is a joy to photograph in any season, from many angles, although the fall is the most spectacular and our favorite, due to the autumn colors of the vegetation around the waterfall.

Awesome day in the back country - We were a family of 5 with three young adults and all loved the day we spent with Karol in Landmannalaugar. He picked us up at a location of our choice with a modified Mercedes Sprinter bus, very comfy for the day. Karol is passioned about Iceland and his job and we learned lots of interesting things about the country and its habits. The landscape is stunning and we all returned with a big smile and great memories. Thank you Trippy Travel.

Landmannalaugar was a surreal journey - Trippy Travel Iceland Tour Guide - His name is Karol: He had a genuine passion for the environment. His commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism was inspiring. The communication before and during the trip was excellent. They were prompt in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. The vibes of Landmannalaugar were truly mesmerizing. Best money spent in Iceland - The best trip I've been on in my life. Staff invaluable, Mr. Karol in the office was competent and very helpful. Mr. Romano took us to amazing places and told us a lot, he was just too nice, but my wife likes it
