Highlights
  • Anthony Quinn Bay - After about an hour of traveling, you will reach your first destination – ANTHONY QUINNS’ Bay. It is considered as one of the loveliest and calmest bays all over the island! Officially it is called Vaghies, however, after the film “Guns of Navarone” was shot there, the locals gave to the bay the name Anthony Quinn, the star of the film. The water in the bay is crystal clear with fascinating colors.
  • Tsambika Beach - Tsambika is known for its 800 m (0.5 mi) long fine golden sand beach. Our cruise vessel will moor up for about 2 hours close to the shore so that you can reach the rocks or the bay and swim to your heart’s content. While you take dips and splash water all around, the crew will prepare for buffet lunch served on board. You can relax in the shade and dry off while recharging your batteries with a variety of Greek food – moussaka, veggies, salads, meatballs, or pasta.
  • Traganou Beach - After, you will sail to the scenic Traganou Bay in Afandou with caves! The rocky beach of Traganou will offer an exciting swimming experience as you will have a chance to swim to an outstanding cave. The water is crystal clear and the scenery difficult to compete with. Brave swimmers can even try jumping off the rocks and enjoy swimming to its fullest.
  • Kallithea Springs - As the day comes closer to the end, there is one last chance to swim in Kallithea bay. The sheltered bay offers a great view also for those who just want to dry off in the warm sea breeze and soak up the laid-back atmosphere before you cruise back to Rhodes.

Good organisation, kind... - Good organisation, kind people on board. The swimming spots offered a great way to cool down and snorkel. The lunch was also delicious. Can really recommend!

A great trip but very little spoken English used. - A great trip for swimming in lovely bays that would once have been outstanding and unspoilt but for all the tourists and boats like ours. Worth doing this trip but far better if you speak Polish as this is the main language used to tell the story of the trip and the stunning azure coves.

Great experience - We stayed at Poseidonia apartments and booked our day trip at the reception. It was all very straight, the receptionist booked the trip for us and gave us our voucher. The coach picked us up in front of the hotel at the scheduled time and it was a nice comfy coach with air conditioning. We stopped at lots of hotels to pick up people and then Mano's gave us instructions on how the day would be. We were dropped off the harbour and got into Glaro's boat before other tours/people, which was quite lucky! The boat has 3 levels, the top levels has places to sit and sunbathe, we were lucky to be the first tour to board so we were able to get a place at the roof top to sunbathe, people who got in after us didn't have the same chance and had to stay in the bottom/1st level with no chance to sunbathe so make sure you get there early otherwise you won't have this chance. The trip was very pleasant, it was really hot and we had to go downstairs a few times to get some shade because the sun can get overwhelming sometimes. We stopped at 4 different locations and had time to jump in the water and enjoy the extremely beautiful locations (bring your water goggles cause it's quire handy). They offer lunch and it's nice traditional Greek food and we loved it! There is also a small bar in the boat where you can buy ice cream, drinks and some snacks so it's handy if you didn't purchase the lunch ticket. I would recommend the trip to people going to Rhodes, it's a full day trip (08am to 5pm) and it's worth the money!

Uncomfortable transfer and a seriously long day. - The transfers took way too long and were really stuffy. It took almost an hour to do a 15 minute journey. I was getting travel sick because we had to get up so early for the transfer then there was so much waiting around. Would’ve rather got a private transfer to the harbour and got there at a reasonable time. We ended up paying for a taxi back anyway. It was difficult to find a seat on the boat. You don’t need to see 4 beaches, they all are very similar. I wouldve rather a shorter trip and 3 stops maximum. Although Antony Quinn was my favourite. We were absolutely knackered by the end of the day, which wasn’t helped by the early start and dire transfer. The lunch was quite nice, can’t complain about that. The bar on board is quite expensive. im glad I got to see some of Rhodes but I wouldn’t do this trip again.

Average Busy Boat Tour - The collection from allocated hotels is a nice touch however, upon arrival at the boat it can seem very old and run down at points and becomes very busy and cramped during the warmer summer months, there is very little room onboard to sun bath with all those areas filling up quickly leaving the majority of passenger sitting either inside or on hard plastic chairs for the duration of the trip which is 8 hours and consists of stopping at 4 swim stops along the east side of the island. There is a small shop onboard offering a range of drinks and snacks at a responsible price. Most staff are fine however one crew member was ride to myself on multiple occasions. Overall, I only recommend this tour to those who wish to visit the sites it offers by boat, and be prepared to sit for most of the day.

Over crowded and uncomfortable. Would not do again. - We went on the Arcion Michail boat. Lovely old wooden boat however it was not designed for the amount of people on the trip. We were one of the last transfers to turn up at the port and there was simply no space on the boat. We could barely sit down let alone stretch out. Other guests also stayed in the same spot on the front of the boat where the sun was so we had to spend the entire trip in the shade sat on cushions with no back support. We are a young couple and found it uncomfortable so I certainly wouldn’t recommend this if you have any back problems or are older! The locations we visited where amazing and there was lots of snorkelling to be done. The locations were so nice that we didn’t want to get back on the boat! The lunch was ok however we have had better on other boat trips. It was almost impossible to hold and drink and eat due to the lack of space on the boat. Staff were very friendly and nice to talk to it’s just a shame that these companies put greed before the quality of the experience! If you put half as many people on the boat and charged slightly more the day would have been 100% better than it was. If you own this boat company please make some changes and I’m sure you will get some better reviews. We would not do this trip again.

Uncomfortable and far to crowded sightseeing - If you like comfort and luxury, this is not the place for you. Far to many people on the boat (Triton). It feels like your locked-up as animal-transport (230 people) over the ocean. It’s far from comfortable and it doesn’t fit in now a days bay to bay touring because the bays on the island were beautiful but I doesn’t had a nice time because of the boat. It’s perfectly designed to entertain as much people as possible at the same time, but far to crowdy and not comfortable. The travel (8hrs) takes way to long because after a couple hours (3hrs) you feel squeezed. The lunche restaurant on the island (on stop 3) is like you are going into a prison cantine. And the little boat-transfers to the lunche restaurant takes really long because of the many people. If you like cheap full-day side-seeing this is your place to be. But not mines (my experience).
