Medieval City - We will start our tour with a drive around the walls of the Old Town of Rhodes - the biggest inhabited medieval town in Europe. It was built in 1300s from the knights of the order of St. John. The Medieval Town of Rhodes is inscribed in the World Heritage Sites List of UNESCO.
If you want we can extend the duration of the tour with 1 hour and you can have also some free time to go through the Old town and explore it on your own. - Mandraki Harbour - Mandraki port is situated in the new part of the town where you will see some very impressive monumental buildings built by the Italians. Here at the harbour entrance is believed that once stood the great statue of the Colossus of Rhodes - one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World.
We will stop for pictures of the area.
- The Church of the Annunciation - The Church of the Annunciation in Rhodes is the biggest Orthodox church in the town with very beautiful handmade paintings on the walls and spectacular chandeliers.
- The Acropolis of Rhodes - Once we reach Monthe Smith Hill you will enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the city and the seashore, and also visit the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, the impressive open-air ancient Stadium and the Amphitheatre.
- Savvas Ceramics - Upon request, we can make a stop in a pottery factory - where you will be able to see how beautiful traditional ceramics are made.
- Village of Lindos - Little before we reach the beautiful traditional village of Lindos your driver will stop you at a place for a fantastic panoramic view of the village together with its Acropolis on the top. After that, we will leave you at the main entrance of the village. You will have at least 1 and a half hours to explore it and of course, visit its famous Acropolis. The driver will wait for you at the exact place he left you.
- Acropolis of Lindos - The Acropolis in Lindos is the second most popular Acropolis in Greece after the Parthenon in Athens. It was built on a steep rock 116 meters height overlooking the Blue Sea and the village of Lindos below. The Acropolis is dominated by the massive temple of Athena Lindia, dating from the 4th century and it attained its final form in around 300 BC.
- Agios Pavlos Beach - A stop at the picturesque St. Paul’s Bay is also included. It is claimed that St Paul landed here in the year 51 AD to preach Christianity to the Rhodians. There is a small church built there after his name. We will make a stop for pictures to capture this stunning view.
- Fish-Taverna Tsambikos in Kavourakia - We will have a stop for lunch at a spectacular seaside tavern near the sea so that you can combine and enjoy both a fabulous lunch and some beach time. All our drivers are very locals and they can recommend you the best places to visit!

Wonderful island tour - We had a great time on this tour. Our guide picked us up at our hotel and took us first to Rhodes, giving us a brief history of the sites. We drove to many different spots on the island, including a potter's studio but the best was Lindos.

Perfect day in Rhodes - This way was a great way to experience Rhodes. Our guide George was extremely insightful to the history of the island and the people. We were able to get away from the tourists and saw the heart of Rhodes. We were able to stop in several small, family businesses. With it being a private tour, it was very intimate and geared towards our requests. Without having a large bus, we were able to get at the base of the Lindos, without the long walk from the bus parking. And the lunch recommendation was amazing and become our favorite meals of our trip. We loved learning about the history, in a relaxed, setting as we saw the island. George was great, took pictures for us, spoke English very well, and a great driver. Highly recommend!!!

Great trip around the island - Favorite part was that we got to see all over the island. Lindos was beautiful, and restaurant on beach was amazing (near port). Nikos was the perfect guide, and paid attention to every detail. In afternoon, we could see smoke from the wildfires, but did not affect our tour

Amazing way to see Rhodes! - Amazing! Nikos was our driver. He met us at the port in a clearly marked vehicle which was clean and very comfortable (and air conditioned!). This tour was the best day of our Greece trip! He took us to places that we never would have found on our own. We saw the main sights briefly and then told him we wanted to see his favorite things on the island so that's what we did. We added on the 2 hours for beach time and it was so worth it. The tour was worth every penny!!

PERFECT Private Tour in RHODES - We were met by our driver right outside the cruise ship and we had a fabolous journey to see t he highlights of the island. Rhodes is a fantastic place, full of history. Our car was realy comfortable and fully air conditioned.
