Highlights

Mandraki Harbour - Mandraki port is situated in the new part of the town where you will see some very impressive monumental buildings built by the Italians. Here at the harbour entrance is believed that once stood the great statue of the Colossus of Rhodes
Old Town of Rhodes - We will start our tour with a drive around the walls of the Old Town of Rhodes
Colossus of Rhodes - One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Colossus of Rhodes was a gigantic statue of the god Helios.
The Acropolis of Rhodes - Now we will continue through the city and see more of the great Italian architecture.
Kolimbia - Upon request, during your tour, you can also have a stop at a pottery factory.
Lindos - You will have at least one hour stay to explore the village and to visit its famous Acropolis.
Saint Paul’s Bay - Little before we reach the beautiful village of Lindos we will stop at a place for a panoramic view of the village together with its Acropolis on the top.

An exclusive tour custom-made for cruise passengers wanting to explore all corners of the picturesque island of Rhodes!

We’ll tour the Old Town, see Mandraki harbour, and visit the site where the Colossus of Rhodes once towered.
Next, we’ll take a stroll through the historic Acropolis of Rhodes and marvel at the remnants of the Temple of Apollo. Plus, you’ll get a chance to enjoy the panoramic views from Monte Smith and snap some photos with the expansive Aegean sea as your backdrop.
Subsequently, we’ll traverse the Eastern coastline of the island to reach the pristine village of Lindos, situated 50km away.
Lindos, a charming village situated to the south of the island’s capital, is among Rhodes’ most quaint and appealing villages. Its skyline is dominated by an awe-inspiring acropolis perched on top.

You’ll have ample time (over an hour) to navigate its winding streets and visit the breathtaking Acropolis at the pinnacle. Following this, we’ll head back to the point where we began.

Rhodes and Lindos; highly recommend - Being on the island of Rhodes was amazing. Our driver and guide, Panos, was fantastic (and funny). He provided history but also his personal insights. Seeing where St Paul preached was amazing and climbing the acropolis was sweaty but so worth it. The very best part was having lunch in a small town that Panos recommended. It was right on a small beach that wasn’t crowded at all. He let us know traditional food that he would recommend we try. The symi shrimp was so good that we had to order a second plate (thanks to our teen son)! Also, 2 of us have Celiac Disease and had to eat gluten free. The restaurant knew all about Celiac and could alter just about anything for us. Panos also asked if we would want to stop at an olive oil business and he let us know in advance he was friends of the family. I was impressed with that. Of course I had to stop and next thing you know, I’m tasting amazing olive oils and had a case (or 2 possibly) shipped home. We also stopped at a pottery shop by Giannis and had a fun time looking at everything he had made. Panos always asked if we wanted to stop or not. That was great for the 4 of us (husband and 2 teen sons) Would highly recommend this tour and Panos.
