This is one of Rhodes Island’s most important archaeological sites. Keep in mind that visiting the Acropolis is optional and requires purchasing an entrance ticket, as well as climbing around 300 steps.

Can't fault Manos Tours - excellent - We went on this trip plus a full-day boat trip to Symi Island. Both tours were very efficiently organised and buses and boats on time and very comfortable. The staff in the Manos shop in Ixia were very helpful and friendly and our guide on the Rhodes Old Town and Lindos tour - Katerina - was excellent.

Acropolis - Acropolis
Walk to acropolis should be identified as strenuous. Stating 300 steps us misleading.
Lindos is not worth it wo the acropolis. Acropolis is amazing.

Best Rhodes Tour - Great stops views and information. Many thanks to Manos for his friendliness and disposition. Take this tour for a comfortable and luxury ride, complementary chilled water and wine and great greek tunes. Opa!

Manos trip was first rate - We went on this trip yesterday and really enjoyed it. The guide, Katerina, was very knowledgeable and the driver Constantinos gave us an excellent food recommendation in Iallysos. The Rhodes city element was informative and the Kalytheas trip was a revelation. Lindos was over-commercialised for our taste but you have to see it once. Manos himself was very friendly and the trip was good value…..although I didn’t tell him that when I unsuccessfully tried for a discount. We are now looking forward to our forthcoming trip. Would definitely recommend this company.

Couldn't ask for more! - Big bang for the buck! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Additionally, everyone in my family appreciated the mid-sized tour bus. Our tour lasted a little over 6 hours, and we couldn't have asked for more. Overall, FANTASTIC DAY! HIGHLIGHTS - Kallithea - is just stunning. LINDOS - great food, shopping, and a quick hike to the ancient ruins - Temple of Athena (250ish stairs - 30 minutes up and 15 down).

Good experience and very nice places! - It was an unforgettable experience and route as in the beautiful stories in which we traveled with two pleasant people from the ManosTravel team who offered us something out of the ordinary, I recommend you to get on this route made by this company with Mrs. Elena , a guide who is pleasant to talk to and who explains everything on this route in great detail, and last but not least the driver of the group who was impeccable at driving. Great Way of Getting Your Bearings on Day 1 - We arrived in Ixia late staying at the Atrium Palace Hotel. From our window we could see the excursion sign so went over on our initial walk about to see what was on offer. The Manos team our brilliant, and went through their offer. They recommended the guided trip through Rhodes Town and then stops at Kalethia and Lindos. We booked for the next day and were not disappointed. This trip offered excellent value for money. We were picked up at the right place and time and our guide Katerina was fantastic. Also it was impressive to see the Manos boss during the day at various stops. He really wants to make sure everything runs smoothly for his customers. At about 6 hours in total the tour was the perfect length.

Wonderful - The history and the buildings are amazing. Start at the top of the hill and work down to the harbour. You cant hail a taxi- you must go to the taxi rank.

Excellent day trip - Manos picked six of us up from our Hotel at the agreed time.the 7 seater minivan with aircon was very comfortable.Manos explained the history whilst we were travelling and answered any question's we had ,his local knowledge was invaluable. We stopped at Kalithea Springs and had plenty of time to explore the architecture and the natural beauty.We continued to Lindos and were amazed by the wonderful views .We had 4 hours of free time which was plenty of time to climb and explore the Acropolis and get a bite to eat in idyllic surroundings.
Manos knew the best places for photo stops ,he waited patiently while we took our snaps.
We had a lovely day and had the flexibility we wouldn't have had if we had used public transport.it was a lovely way to end our trip to Rhodes.
