A nice trip - We booked the excursion directly at the port of Rhodes and received a good discount. Symi is a beautiful little island. The 5 hours we stayed there were enough to see enough. We found the German-speaking guide nice, but he seemed a bit pessimistic that day, so we left the guided tour a little earlier and continued on our own.

The trip guide -VIOLETA was great she told us whats the best to see on the island where to go, where to eat, we also were taken by Violeta to sponges factory- was great! Great expirience and big thank you to Violeta- very professional, positive and helpful person- the best guide we could ever ask for!!! Thank you Violeta

Excellent! - Symi Island day cruise was a really beautiful experience, with wonderful places. But also, a very important aspect, our english tour guide, Violeta, was really nice and friendly, she was there for us and helped us if we need. So, 10 ⭐️ for Violeta!

Really nice day trip to Symi - We bought this trip with really reasonable price from 2 nice guys at Mandraki harbour and everything went as they promised. Bus picked us up from the hotel exactly the time as informed, boat was nice with 2 sun decks, air conditioned inside space, clean toilets and the bar. Symi is such a beautiful place and return was as smooth as trip there. Book your trip from this company!

Convenient and on time, but book directly with Sea Dreams for cheapest rates - Rhodes to Symi round trip was on time, convenient and fast. It’s a tight squeeze so get there early to ensure you have the best seats. This is probably one of the cheaper ways of getting to Symi if you prebook directly with the company rather than through a tour rep. You get what you pay for - the journey back was a bit stressful when boarding the boat as you had staff and police yelling at everyone to “get on quickly” and then “slow down”.

Simy island was nice, but the boat ride horrible - Symi Island very prety and our guide Lilly was very nice, we really enjoyed our time in the island. The reason I gave 3 stars, because in the morning our bus arrived the last so we were last to board the boat. We had no place to sit because some people have taken two seats, families have takes the seats on the bottom deck and then their members were sitting on the top of the deck having their bags on the seats, so we have ended up sitting on the floor next to the emergency exit. On the way back we have been standing in the qeue to board the bord at the front. When the boat arrived everyone started pushing each other like animals and shouting at each other. I had to pick up my 4 year old son, for him not to be stepped on by adulds. I got pushed away from my husband. It was chaos and horrible experience. I would choose different type of boat to travel to Symi, the one that would have allocated seats or smaller one. This the reason I did not take the trip to Marmaris

Rude staff - Sale rep was excellent. Coach pick up as scheduled to and from the port. Symi is well worth a visit. Unfortunately, we encountered extremely rude staff on board. My husband waited to use the toilet as a person with special needs was in the queue prior to him. I was hassled by four members of staff to get off, one even started to rap his fingers on the side to show that he was annoyed. Your staff on board desperately need training in customer services. It is not our fault if you are using one of your toilets to store paint!

stay away from “sea dreams”! - When I booked the cruise it said the return to Rhodes is at 19:30, so I understood the boat is leaving Symi island at 19:30. During my day on Symi island I tried to make sure I have the time correctly but it didn’t say the return time anywhere- not on the email approve of the order, not on the tickets. Apparently, we were supposed to understand the boat is leaving Symi at 18:30 and *arriving* back at Rhodes at 19:30. This led to us being stuck at Symi with no way to return to Rhodes, having to stay at a hotel there with out any of our stuff. My recommendation, stay away from “sea dreams”!
