Must see the hidden gems of sao Miguel! - After doing the East tour and West tour with Pure Azores we decided we needed to see more. We booked the Hidden Gems tour and we were not disappointed. 𝕁𝕠𝕒𝕠 took us to see beautiful, waterfalls, mountains, cliffs, and flowers in the most amazing off the beaten path locations. He arranged a vegetarian lunch for us at Osmelos restaurant and encouraged us to try lots of interesting dishes. It is obvious that 𝕁𝕠𝕒𝕠 loves this island and his knowledge of the island and its history are very impressive. I would highly recommend him as your tour guide for this fabulous day!

Extraordinary - The activities offered are just extraordinary. Our guide Hugo is amazing. He arrived on time and took us to the different treasures of the island in a very comfortable and gentle way. Being a native of the island he was able to transmit to us all the passion and his love for it, whether on an economic, culinary, vegetation-nature, historical or even political level. He explained to us the different challenges that have punctuated the history and which, for some, are still relevant today. We were also very lucky with the weather, but also thanks to Hugo's knowledge of his island because he can easily change the order of the itinerary to optimally enjoy the landscapes at every moment. Finally, I can really say that we felt pampered as Hugo is generous, always smiling and attentive, proactive with great values ​​and knowledge. Undeniably, he knew how to transmit his love for his island and really touched us.

A wonderful unforgettable tour with João! - We had a wonderful time on this very special tour. Our guide, João, showed us some incredibly beautiful places and did it in a relaxing casual manner. We were never in a rush but still saw lots of interesting things: cliffs, woods, waterfalls, a beacon, and lots of breathtaking views. We had a wonderful lunch in an authentic place with many options of home-made food and great wine and bear (to say nothing of dessert!) João shared with us his love for the island, its people and history, and gave us recommendations of what to see next. I highly recommend the tour and João as an excellent tour guide, who made this day unforgettable!

Beautiful and enjoyable without the crowds - Indeed the featured stops are hidden gems and as such were both beautiful and minimally crowded- a great combination. We particularly enjoyed the lunch stop at a local restaurant that featured typical foods and drink. Katya did a wonderful job of making sure the tour met both the expectations and physical abilities of all guests-highly recommend.
