The Plazza is so much better than the Maple Leaf lounge at the Vancouver Int't Airport - This review refers only to the lounge at the Vancouver International Airport: Relatively excellent. Open beyond midnight as long as there are flights. Sufficient foods and good services. This temporary location is still comfortable with nice services. Much better than the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge at the Vancouver International Airport. The Maple Leaf there is good for dogs. My Air Canada flight was to leave at 2 AM but the Maple Leaf lounge closed at 10:30 PM and everyone had to "get out" by that time. Food services ended at 10 PM.

Lounge Pass - Even though it was limited service due to refurbishment it was worth it. Plenty to eat, drink with comfy chairs. Made the wait at the airport more bearable.

Altercation between the Chef and the Staff - I recently visited the PLAZA PREMIUM LOUNGE and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, an unfortunate incident marred my visit. Positive: The food was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Staff: The staff were generally nice and friendly, making an effort to ensure that guests felt welcome and comfortable. Negatives: Incident: Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a disturbance between the Chef and another staff member. Despite not understanding their language, it was evident that the chef was scolding the staff member. This altercation lasted for over 10 minutes and created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere in the lounge. I understand that disagreements can happen, but it was inappropriate for such a scene to unfold in a space meant for relaxation and comfort. This incident definitely affected my overall experience. Conclusion: I plan to visit the lounge again because of the quality food and friendly staff, but I sincerely hope that such incidents do not occur in the future. A peaceful and professional environment is crucial for guests to enjoy their time in the lounge.

Plaza premium US departure just ok - I found the lounge decent, food was ok but seating just isn't comfortable for those of us on long travel days. Bucket chairs and high bar stools just don't cut it. It's a very crowded venue.

avoid at all/no costs - When an off-strip Vegas 2:00 a.m. buffet mates with a preschool lunchroom, this is the sad stillborn outcome. If only we could describe the food as uninspired that would be a win. It was barely edible with the options exceedingly limited and incoherently selected. The restrooms made us nostalgic for the actual airport options that had actually been serviced in the prior two hours. Clanking plates, sterile decor, and garish lighting only enhanced the ambiance. We kept waiting for John Wick to take us out. For those seeking the Amex centurion lounge experience, prepare to fall on your sword. And be grateful.

We won’t be repeats - Arrived approximately 18:00 pm on April 7. Lounge at departures C area.Four of us. Lounge was open until 20:30. Very very little hiot food. Very little booze selection. Up charge for Clamato juice. Desert was store bought mini cupcakes, sprinkles and all. People continued to arrive behind us, all commenting on the lack of food. What a disappointment and $60 per person…

Not worth it - So, this was the worst experience ever. Had bought 4 tickets ( $240) to relax while 4 hr lay over in Vancouver. Apparently I should have read the reviews first. All the negative reviews , which are most of them are all believable. Our experience was just as terrible. Food was horrible , and very little of it I reached out to management with our concerns asking to fix the problem. There only come back response was they will try harder to do better. Management made it very clear they will not compensate our bad experience and hope to see us again. Do not go to this plaza! Food is terrible and booze is cheap
