We're from Ontario and we... - We're from Ontario and we were so hoping that we'd see some whales and the tour did not disappoint. Tour guide, Nathaniel stopped and chatted and was very informative about the sea life.

Amazing whale watching experience. - Amazing tour, we where able not only to see the orcas but also some humpback whales and sea lions. The boats are excelent and we got Jazmine as our tour guide who deserves a very special mention as she knows a lot about the whales and could even identify them by just looking at them! She made the tour even better.

The shuttle bus driver... - The shuttle bus driver and naturalist on the boat were both very friendly and interesting. We were lucky enough to see both killer and humpback whales. We had an incredible experience.

What a Ride! - My granddaughter and I decided to take advantage of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off. Levy was our driver, and we both appreciated his knowledge and sense of humor during the drive. Upon arrival at the whale watching office, we were outfitted with body suits, then led to the 12 person zodiac. The body suit was difficult to walk in, but certainly helped keep me warm during the ride. And what a ride! There were waves heading out, and there were a few that felt we were flying - I absolutely loved it! Our guides found two humpback whales, and we spent quite a bit of time watching them. Twice the whales came quite close to the zodiac, which was thrilling. We then went to another area and saw seals. My granddaughter and I were fascinated by the different sizes and sounds these gorgeous animals made. We were also lucky enough to go by a bald eagle that stayed in place, instead of flying away like a couple others did. I cannot say enough about how much my granddaughter and I enjoyed this tour. The guides were amazing, knowledgeable and very nice people. I highly recommend this tour.

An Oceanic Adventure! - This whale-watching experience is something my husband and I will never forget for life. Ryan added adventure and Julia added learning to our trip. The orca and the humpback sightings were incredible. The sea-lions were an adorable sight. Riding the waves, keeping our eyes peeled for the sightings, the wind on our face, and the silence when we saw the whales were all the souvenirs we took back from the ocean.

An Oceanic Adventure! - Our whale-watching experience is unforgettable - thanks to Julia and Ryan who made sure we didn’t miss anything. We loved the humpback and the killer sightings! Ryan was very enthusiastic to take us to any spot where there could be any whale-sighting and he made sure we had an adventurous journey through the ocean. Julia answered all our questions and gave us all the information regarding the rich marine life. My husband and I enjoyed this trip on the zodiac and we do not regret this choice even one bit! Thank you, Vancouver Whale Watch!

Bad trip - A very long drive to the dock followed by an hour boat ride to the watch area, then a 3 hr watch. Much too long of a day just to see a couple of whales. There are better places to do that

A lot of money and time to be verbally and physically threatened . - verbally and physically threatened and racially abused by a fellow passenger who refused to share a 4 row seat with one other person. My son and a fellow passenger had to intervene when his threats to throw my white ass off the boat escalated to a very real threat of physical violence. Police called but staff completely anonymous when landed and have not contacted me for an update, compensation or the police reference. They then delayed the shuttle by 45 mins and 90 % of the passengers got expensive ubers or taxis back to Vancouver. Scary and frightening experience.
