- Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

You will need to meet at the Black Eagle Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time. The best way to find your dive guide in the parking lot is to use Google Maps and type “black eagle beach”. You can always give our dive shop number a call if you have any questions!

Absolutely perfect even if you are anxious and have no experience diving!! - Wow what a great time!! Luke and Matt were very knowledgeable and prompt. They had all the equipment and took extra time to help me when I was anxious in the water with all the gear on til I was ready to dive. If you have never SCUBA before, this is absolutely the perfect intro course to get to into it. Super easy, shallow dive (15-20 ft) and you are close to the shoreline and the coral to see a bunch of marine life!!

Fantastic - Matt was our guide, my husband and I had a great time with him, pleasant personality and very attentive to everything, he made sure we enjoyed ourselves 🥰I would return 1,000 times more.

Puerto Rice Dive Experience! - I dove today with Luke with the 413 Divers. Luke was an excellent guide. The dive was so much fun. I am dive certified and this was my first dive outside of my dive certification classes. All in all I highly recommend 413 Divers for your Puerto Rice dive experience. Exciting activity on the western coast - Wonderful experience with Luke and his team, quick safety instructions then into the water we went. Approx an hour and a half underwater, Adam was so helpful and patient with us being first time divers. Took us out on crash boat beach ( amazing beach !!) to explore the pier wreckage and see all the sea life.
Water was crystal clear, beach was amazing with tons of snack and drink stands and the team did an amazing job setting us up and getting us out into the water quickly and safely. Definitely a must book activity !!

Bad Experience - I arrived at the place, it is not labeled, a person is in a parking lot and there he receives you. Upon arrival, he tells you that the activity cannot be done due to bad weather and it did not look like bad weather. Well, I ask for a refund and he doesn't even know how to explain how they are going to do it to me.
