• Your English-speaking driver-guide will collect you at 6am and commence the approximately 5 hour journey to Haridwar. The first point of interest will be Har ki Pauri.
• Here, you’ll have the chance to see the stone bearing the footprint of Lord Vishnu, as indicated by its name. Two significant bridges in Rishikesh are also on your itinerary. The first is Lakshman Jhula, a widely recognized suspension bridge crossing the sacred Ganges River. The second is Ram Jhula, the Iron Parallax Bridge also spanning the Ganges in Rishikesh. This newer bridge is named in honor of Lakshman’s brother, Lord Ram.
• Before continuing your tour with visits to Sivananda Ashram, Parmath Niketan Temple, Gita Bhavan, Swarg Ashram, Ma Anandamayee Ashram, Sapt Rishi Ashram, and The Beatles Ashram, you can savor lunch at a local eatery.
