If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe with a full refund. All cancellations must be confirmed via email.

A bit of a windy, crowded day. But we were told when picking up our kayaks that if it were too windy we could forfeit and receive a full refund. So I very much appreciate that consideration

Communication was a little confusing. Email says come a few minutes early but no one was there to open a few minutes early except for the lovely homeless people on the benches outside the hut. The equipment was in decent condition. Overall we had a good time.
