Great Servicr - Great service picked us up at baggage claims area and arrived when expected. We had 2 small children and van had a car seat for us. Definitely use again

Highly recommended transfer service. - Roberto turned up early (even at 3am arrival time). Was very polite and a great driver. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a transfer.

Great Service - The driver got to the hotel on time. He was pleasant and drove safely. My son forgot his wallet on the backseat of the car and they are mailing back to us as we noticed while at the gates. There was constant communication about his wallet and the level of service has been great.

Prompt and courteous chauffer. - Our chauffer was prompt and courteous. We requested a 6:30 am pickup at the hotel. He was there asking for us when we arrived in the lobby. We had heavy luggage that he stowed in the rear of the van and then unloaded once we were at the airport. Great job D'Onofrio!

Bad - Waited 30 minutes and rode in a van instead of a luxury car. Hotel arranged us a car for half the price for our next trip. Avoid this service!

No timely communication - No communication to verify time for pickup. Called and emailed. Only response was after I had hired a taxi to tell me I was a no show. Could not stress about missing flight. Terrible communication. I do NOT recommend.

Driver did not show! - Driver was not at the airport. I waited over an hour. Zero communication. I called Viator while waiting and no one answered the business phone. Got a cab. Currently waiting on my refund since the driver said he was there. Not true.

Terrible customer service - Paid for the transfers with TripAdvisor. They never arrived either end. Had to pay from our spending money for the taxis and was just reimbursed they money we paid and not the transfer money paid to TripAdvisor
