Our Appian Way Bike Tour is an intensely captivating experience, escorting you through one of Rome’s oldest roads, the Ancient Appian Way.
The E-bike journey, traversing the globally recognized Parco dell’Appia Antica, harmoniously blends the essence of history, culture, and art in the heart of Rome city’s significant biological passageway. The planned route serves to acquaint you with a grand road teeming with numerous monuments.
The park narrates the story of Rome’s historic relationship with water and its evolving engineering marvels; with six ancient Roman aqueducts intersecting at this point.
Experience a ride on a state-of-the-art e-bike across a lush green, 2300-year-old meadow that takes you on a trip down memory lane, traversing a unique landscape dotted with ancient vestiges, imperial residences, sculptures, and burial sites. The bike tour is indeed a highly moving experience.
- The reduction for children (age 6-10) is valid only if they are less than 4/7 feet tall (143 cm) because they will have a trailer bike and not a bike alone
- Max weight: 120 KG - 265 pounds.
- You MUST know how to ride a bike WELL

Great way to spend the afternoon. - Awesome tour. Loved riding through all the back roads, seeing the sites, learning the history. Our guide was amazing.
Would definitely recommend. This was the kids favorite tour of our time in Rome.

MUST DO IN ROME - Absolutely the best thing we did while in Rome! Not only was everybody with the company kind and friendly throughout the whole experience, but our tour guide Ileania was so knowledgeable about the history of the aqueducts and the appian way. Absolutely stunning scenery and a beautiful way to experience Rome. The bikes were fantastic, easy to use, with adjustable settings to customize your ride. Cannot recommend enough!

Great morning tour - Our guide, Ilena was great. This is a lovely tour through some amazing park spaces packed with ancient ruins. The e bikes make is a pleasant ride for anyone. We highly recommend it.

You will not find a better bike tour for the money - Flavio, the group leader, was extremely good. He is conversant in several languages, a good instructor about the bikes, conscious of the safety of the group at all times, and extremely knowledgeable abut Roman history. We could not have had a better guide. He was patient with my wife -- who had never ridden an e-bike before -- and she was raving about the experience afterward and wanting to schedule a weeklong e-bike tour soon. Flavio is the best.

Has to be done - Daneila our guide was banging! She's totally crazy, enthusiastic and knowledgeable on all the aspects. Must do activity to get you out of the city and see what's beyond the wall! The electric bikes are brilliant as well, perfect for the more sedentary traveller.

Fantastic day exploring countryside of Rome - This was an absolutely amazing tour. We would never of know about this beautiful oasis just beyond the Colleseum without this tour.
We had a lovely morning riding along the Appian Way enjoying the huge parklands and learning about the history from our wonderful guide.
The bikes were fantastic. Our group of 5 all enjoyed this and thoroughly recommend it

Wonderful!!! - Wonderful views! Wonderful bike! The tour guide was amazing!
We started in the city center, which surprised me. The tour guide was very conscientious of safety and ensuring that the group was able to stay together as we made our way to the countryside. Once we got out of the city, the views were breathtaking, the guides knowledge was informative, and the chance to see the countryside of Rome is an opportunity of which few tourists take advantage. I have a more personal relationship with Rome after this excursion.

Love, Love, Love!!! - The three employees of this tour company plus "the boss" were amazingly helpful and kind. They made sure I was OK when I got a little nauseated at the end. (My fault for eating a heavy pasta dish minutes before the start of a physical activity)
