For the Fettuccine, you can choose your favorite sauce—Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, or Tomato and Basil—which will be prepared by our chef. The Maltagliati will be served with a delicious pesto sauce.

Afterward, enjoy bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, followed by your freshly made pasta dishes and a glass of wine. End your meal with a refreshing glass of Limoncello or a cup of coffee.

Discover the secrets of perfect pasta, from mixing flour and eggs to cutting the dough. Our chef will guide you through making different pasta shapes like Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Maltagliati (“badly cut”). You’ll cut your own Fettuccine and Maltagliati, and learn which traditional sauces pair best with each shape, such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Tomato and Basil.
Afterward, enjoy bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, while the chef prepares your freshly made pasta with the sauce of your choice. End your meal with a refreshing glass of Limoncello or a cup of coffee.
