Obsessed with pasta? You couldn’t be in a better place… Get ready for a hands-on journey towards perfecting pasta! Gain knowledge about preparing genuine pasta and classic tiramisu in an intimate, small-group session under the guidance of an enthusiastic and dedicated Roman chef.
- Metropolitan City of Rome Capital - Your class begins with a glass of prosecco to get conversation flowing. Get to know your chef host, and the others in your class, and prepare for three hours of fun, food and new friends. After introductions, it’s tiramisu time. Using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, the chef will teach you how to make one of Italy’s most famous desserts.
Then, you’ll move on to making your handmade pasta fettuccine. You’ll mix, roll and cut your dough, and prepare it for cooking. Once that’s ready, you’ll start to make your pasta sauce from scratch. Choose either a traditional carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, depending on what you’re craving. Sip your drinks as the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and learn all the secrets to great, Italian cooking.
Once everything is ready, it’s time to sit down with your new foodie friends, your handmade food, and a delicious glass of local wine.
At the end of the meal, cheers with a refreshing glass of limoncello. You’ll also be leaving with an ebook of the day’s recipes.
