Rome to Port - Great trip from hotel to cruise port. Went to Catacombs, Appian Way, Aqueduct and other sites. Then to Cruise Port. Michael was our driver. Great trip

A Must Do When in Rome! - Our family had a fabulous experience with Rome in Limo and we especially loved our driver Alfredo. He made our day smooth and enjoyable. He knew Rome like the back of his hand and had my husband and 3 daughters (8, 12, 14) all over Rome to see as many sites as possible while in town on a cruise. We saw and did so much in a short amount of time. So worth every penny. Thank you Alfredo and Rome in Limo for making our Rome visit unforgettable!

3 Port Tours ~ Amazing Service ~ 100% Recommend ~ Extremely Satisfied ~ Worth Every Penny!! - My family and I (husband and two college-age boys) booked Rome in Limo for 3 port tours (Florence/Pisa, Rome and Positano/Sorrento/Pompeii) for our recent Mediterranean cruise. What can I say that has not already been said in all of their 5-star reviews? The drivers were all prompt, professional and friendly. The Mercedes van was impeccably clean and the air conditioning was cold (if you are in Europe in the summer, you will really appreciate this!). From the planning with Jany (who is AMAZING with her communication, instructions for reserving advance tickets (necessary!) and follow-up) to our experiences with the drivers, every tour went smoothly and we were returned to the ship happy with our experience and with plenty of time to spare. I'd like to give special thanks to Michael in Rome. We saw everything we wanted to see during our day of "hitting the highlights". There is absolutely no way we could have seen even half of the highlights without him driving us around on a private tour. I'd also like to give special thanks to Alex in Naples. He was extremely friendly and a pro at driving us to Positano, Sorrento and Pompeii. We got off of the ship first thing and headed to Positano first, thus avoiding the insane traffic building up later in the morning. We had a very full day without any waiting and had plenty of time in Sorrento for a sit-down lunch. Alex gifted us a bottle of Limoncello at the end of the tour, which was such a kind and unexpected surprise! We had an amazing time and I would not hesitate to book with Rome in Limo for our next vacation! Worth every penny!! Highly recommend!

Rome in Limo! Excellent Service! - On May 23, 2023, We did the Rome in a Day Tour! Michael was our driver. He was wonderful! We had a private tour guide for the Vatican, Massimo. He was AMAZING! He was able to get us through the Vatican in record time. He knew all of the staff and was able to explain the art to us in such a meaningful way. He showed us pictures of the Sistine Chapel to explain it to us before we entered as he would not be allowed to talk to us once inside. Massimo was fun and knowledgeable and we felt blessed to have him as our tour guide! Well worth the extra money we spent to have a private guide at the Vatican! Rome was my favorite day as there was so much to see! All in All, I can't say enough good things about Rome in Limo! I would absolutely use them again in the future!

Great experience! - Our family had the pleasure of doing the Rome Highlights tour as a shore excursion during our Mediterranean cruise. Our driver guide Stefano was excellent. He gave us so much information during our drive from the port and took us to so many locations in just a short amount of time. He was wonderful with our three girls ages 5,7,10 and took us to an amazing local pizzeria where we had the BEST pizza we have ever tasted. We would 100% use Rome in Limo again and request Stefano as our driver the next time we visit! We also had a guide booked for us for the Vatican, Barbara. She was amazing as well and gave us the perfect walking tour of the Vatican that kept my husband and I informed and our girls entertained. Cannot recommend Rome in Limo enough!!

Rome from the eyes of a local - Stefano was our guide and he was fantastic. He showed us Rome from the port to the city and back again. He gives you the history of the city from the eyes of someone who has lived there a lifetime. What a wonderful and memorable experience and we thank you Stefano for giving that to our group ❤️

Ancient Rome brought to Life - What a great way to start 5 days in Rome. A 4 hour overview, highlights, and immersion into ancient Rome. On three separate occasions I felt my body break out into goose bumps and chills as our guide explained to me where I was and what I was seeing.

Rome in a day with a great tour guide! - We had a limited amount of time for our visit to Rome and Piero packed the day full of all the sights we requested and also the highlights that were an absolute must see in Rome! We had asked to see the prison where Paul (Jesus' apositle in the Bible) had been imprisoned, and he drove us right to the front door. And then we had requsted to visit a small church to view a mosaic that showed the layout of Jersualem during the time of Jesus and he drove us right to that site, as well! His guidance was essential in getting around the city and into the Vatican quickly and he shared such interesting information about the historical facts about the city! I also had a hard time buying tickets to the Vatican before our trip and my contact at the Rome In Limo office was very helpful in securing those pre-bought tickets! Everything went very smoothly and we had a great first visit to Rome!

Great Driver and Guide - Booked a 9-hour customized tour from the cruise port to Rome and back. Our driver, Francesco, met us at the ship and led us to a very comfortable Mercedes. He took us to the Colosseum where we met up with our guide, Gabriella. Although this stop was not originally planned, she had time there to explain some of the history of Rome before heading to our planned visits to Case Romane del Celio, Catacombs of St Sabastianus, Cripta dei Cappuccini, and Basilica San Clemente. We had already visited the major sites in Rome and chose these for something different. Gabriella had an amazing knowledge of each site. To see all that we planned we had to book specific times for 3 of the stops and Francesco and Gabriella timed our arrival at each stop perfectly and provided time for a sit-down lunch. The day could not have gone better.

Amazing day - My wife and I had 8 hours to tour Rome. We decided our best chance was a tour from our cruise. We had a pickup from the boat and a first class guide drive us to the city and drop us off and pick us up at every major site including other sites such as “the key hole” and “the mouth of truth” that we’re not on our radar. He was great to talk to and helped make the day fun. We then had a two hour Vatican tour that was set up by Rome in limo as well. The tour guide knew seemingly everything and pointed out the most interesting things that would be unknown to a tourist. The highlight of the cruise so far. 10/10 recommend.
