Not safe: Left me in Rome alone, at night, unable to see! - This company screwed up so badly I'm almost shaking writing it. I was doing a night tour in Rome that ended at midnight. Worse, right before the trip, my eye was injured making seeing a signficant challenge. First, I arrive in Rome around noon. I'm at the airport and someone at the airport is helping me get a ride to my hotel. This company calls for my ride. Instead of collecting me at midnight, they are calling at NOON. And they are mean and short with me because they screwed up. Since I now don't have a ride from Rome back to my airport, I arrange a pickup with my hotel. Unbeknowst to me, the transfer company has rescheduled me for midnight. So, my tour finishes at midnight. Bear in mind that I can barely see anything. I'm exhausted. And not a single car is there to pick me up. Not from the hotel. Not from the transfer service. The hotel at least attempted to call me. But, at the end of the day, neither car shows up at the designated pickup location. So, this terrible company left me alone, at midnight in Rome and unable to see. I'm lucky to have gotten back to my hotel thanks to some help from a generous local. To add insult to injury, despite numerous requests, they refused to issue a refund saying the 'service had been completed'. Apparently, they think that because a car was there (which I only have their word on) but couldn't find me, I should still have to pay. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SERVICE.
