Hassle Free Transportation - We stayed near the Trevi and our driver was able to come right next to our hotel to help take our luggage during an extremely crowded time of day. This service took all of our worries away of traveling to the port and I would recommend anyone staying in Rome to use this service

Great Driver - The driver was exactly on time and super friendly. I had a great conversation with him on the way the port, he spoke English really well. I highly reccommend using this service instead of a taxi. He got us to the ship ahead of time.

Highly recommend this company. - This was just a transfer from cruise ship to Rome. Driver was there on time, professional, and got us to our destination safely. Not all transport drivers are cleared to pick up passengers at the cruise ship rather than the terminal and it was a great convenience not to have to take the shuttle to the terminal with our luggage. Our driver was standing there with a sign with our names on it as soon as we collected our luggage from the cruise ship. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and roomy for our 4 passengers with quite a lot of luggage. When I booked the transport I was not sure what time I needed to book pick-up, and received great advice from Viator on the appropriate pickup time. Would highly recommend. Also used this service from Rome to the airport, and had the same high-quality service.

No Comprende’ - Our driver was very good. No complaints. However, he didn’t understand English so was difficult to communicate.
