- A valid driving license is required, make sure you have it with you on the tour, and you must be at least 18 years of age to drive, at least 13 years to be a passenger
- The tour operator reserves the right of final judgement in client participation of actual car driving, or to discontinue car use at any point of the tour. Any participant unable to drive cars safely may switch as passenger (subject to availability), or on the guide’s car if available. NO REFUND will be granted in this case
- OUR FIRST AND FOREMOST CONCERN IS EVERYONE’S SAFETY
- A THIRD-PARTY insurance for civil liability is INCLUDED in the price of the tour. As for any vehicle rental, please note that clients will be given two options to choose from, to cover vehicle damages (either one of these two will need to be chosen in order to rent the car): subscribe an additional insurance (€20,00 per vehicle, not refundable) or sign for a guarantee deposit of € 500,00 on their credit card
- Children/teens under 18 y.o. must always be accompanied by at least one adult. If this requirement is not met, we reserve the right to exclude the under age participant and no refund will be due
- Please be aware that each individual booking is limited to one person for the single option and only two persons for the double car option
- AI comment on board is available in English, Spanish and Italian. Please note that the tour guide language is English only
- Each customer will be the driver of their assigned car, except for bookings with two people, where one will be the driver and the other the passenger
- Minimum requirements to attend: Maximum height: mt. 1,90 (6,3 feet) Maximum weight: kg 100 (220 lb) Please communicate these informations at our booking office. For safety reasons, at check-in, Towns of Italy reserves the right to exclude participants from this tour, if these requirements are not met and no refund will be due
