A memorable experience off the beaten track - Overall: excellent. Reasonably priced despite falling into the high season. All these tours depend highly on the tour guide you end up with. Our specific guide Veronica was, friendly, knowledgeable and with a touch of professional flair which made the experience memorable. With further thanks to a second guide Alan, and a good bus driver Aurelio who guided us through the chaotic Roman traffic. Well done to CityWonders for bringing it all together.

Highly recommend - This tour was better than expected. The guides were knowledgeable and clear on what to expect. The bus ride was relaxing, informative, and great part of the experience. We had 2 guides a beautiful young lady that I unfortunately can not remember her name, a guide name Andrea, a bus driver named Andrea, and a fantastic guide at the catacombs named Don. Highly recommend!!

Pretty good - Was disappointed at the lack of what we saw, but the tour guides were great and it was very interesting. Just a little drawn out.

It was ok. - The instructors were very knowledgeable. The catacombs were interesting but the crypt museum was a little underwhelming.

Left to fend for oursrlves at 72 - The Crypt and the Catacombs. We’re terrific . Our paperwork from Viator said tour finishes where we were picked up.. it DID NOT, and was not till the guide told us to get off bus and then a 50E taxi trip back to our hotel.

Very basic tour. - Very overrated tour, wish I had booked elsewhere or done individually. Guide was too quiet and no one could understand and he did not allow for questions. His ‘patter’ was just about the stuff you can hear on the TV rather than specific points about the things we were actually look at. Your small group becomes a very big group very quickly as on the coach you pair up with other groups! Also, dress code, yes, you can wear shorts!! We all covered legs wearing jeans but tour guide went in with shorts.
