Guided tour to recommend. - During our stay in Rome we took a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Basilica. Note that it was a great moment thanks to our guide Fabio L who overwhelmed us with his knowledge, his professionalism, his enthusiasm and his great availability. Thanks again to him. A must see site when in rome - What a fantastic day . The Vatican was spectacular and very interesting. The skip the line option was great . The normal lines can be massive.

Excelent Tour - Favio Is an excelente spanish Guide. I love this one day tour. 100% recomended it. It took 3 hours to make both Capilla Sistina and San Petters Church.

Fun experience - Tour guide excellent. Very knowledgeable, learned a lot. Stunning art and architecture, worth going.

The Vatican Museums - The Vatican Museums are a recommended trip to the people who want to see the Sistine Chapel, so it would be very interesting.

3 hour Vatican Museum Tour - Davide was an excellent guide - impressively knowledgable with humorous banter along the way. My 8 year old also went and kept up most of the way too so it just have been entertaining! The tour was 3 hours and due to the crowds there is only one pace you can go...slowly (which is not the fault of the guide or company) just too many people crammed into a small space which meant the Basilica tour at the end felt a little rushed due to a lack of time. The museums and Sistine Chapel are so impressive - it is a must do - I’d like to do it all again during the quieter months.

Better communication needed. - I would recommend the company but the directions to meet someone for getting us I got the museum were very unclear. Wasted 30 min. On the phone with the company, to get no where.

AVOID! Don’t spend your money here!!!! - AVOID! You’re better off skipping the line with the people advertising there! Either look into another booking but DO NOT spend your money here as it will be a waste. There were several of us stranded at the meeting spot and we were later blamed for not being on time even though we arrived around 3:47pm for the 4:00pm slot. Was not able to get a refund or was texted before to confirm my arrival like other companies.

Would not recommend!! Unclear directions and poor customer service. - I would NOT recommend booking with this company. We bought tickets and set a time, but they were unclear about the meeting point as well as the times. Ended up arriving at the time stated on the ticket but apparently had to meet before that. The location was also at some random plaza in front of a restaurant where the worker didn’t know much. There was another group that was also confused. Pretty poor service that they would not wait even a few minutes when there is a bunch of people still not there, and for that price! Called customer service and they told me that my ticket was now expired and they couldn’t do anything, not even a refund, and that I should’ve read the instructions. Definitely go with another place! For the price we paid this kind of service was not worth it and there are many other companies that would care more about their customers.
