- Ronda - Embark on an exclusive tour of the magnificent Ronda and the quaint white village of Setenil with a private, English-speaking certified guide (exclusive to Ronda) to enrich your understanding of the history and culture of these extraordinary locations.\n\nAs we travel from Seville through captivating landscapes, we reach the distinctive village of Setenil de las bodegas, named for its once plentiful wineries, which were sadly decimated long ago by a pest outbreak.\n\nSetenil stands out as an exceptional and atypical village among the traditional white villages of Andalusia. Unlike the typical villages perched on mountains and hills, Setenil is carved into the caves of the cliffs that tower over the river Trejo. Its striking white houses emerge from the rocky backdrop, making it one of the most remarkable villages in Andalusia.\n\nContinuing our journey to Ronda (a brief 20-minute ride), we find one of Spain’s most ancient cities, with origins tracing back to the Neolithic period, and many remnants of that era still visible today.
