It’s better with Pepper! - An excellent tour with a caring and knowledgeable guide (Elvira) and a huge smile and skillful driving by Pepper. Very enjoyable and not rushed. All stops are worthwhile, including the Emerald Pool, Trafalgar Falls and the thermal baths. Highly recommended.

Pepper is fantastic! - Great tour that allowed us to explore so many parts of this beautiful island. We had such fun in the waterfalls, hot springs, and hiking in the lush tropical park. This island and this tour are not to be missed.

Disorganized - Our family of four (mom, dad, and two girls 11 & 13) took the long/6-hour tour on July 31. We were coming off a cruise ship which was the only one in port. If I could sum up the tour in one word it would be disorganized. There was lots of confusion and waiting around for the tour to get started and progress. I know this is typical for large group tours, but this one is advertised as "max of 12 per group." I would conservatively estimate we had 18 people on our bus and there were multiple buses that were chaotically shuffling people around on. Some of them were visibly upset. Not a great way to begin a day. The first stop was the emerald pools which we spent quite a bit of time waiting in line to get into a crowded and cloudy pool of cool water under a modest waterfall. Next stop was an ok beach where you could rent a chair in the shade for $10. They warned us to order food asap to have it by our 1-hour departure. We wound up sitting in the bus at the end for 20 minutes while people made their way with their food to the bus. The restaurant was a man and his wife. I tried but aborted an effort to get my kids NA boat drinks. We went to a larger dual waterfall next which was ok. No getting in the water. It was around 2:30 now and our ship left at 4:00. They told us the ship left at 5:45 and we were off to the final stop. The customers had to come together to set them straight and get us back to the ship. There was initial disagreement about ship departure time which should never happen (they said they called the port). Once we convinced them, there was a bronx cheer as people were happy the tour was over and we were headed to the ship. If you’ve seen good waterfalls in the Caribbean (Dunns in Jamaica), I would skip the tour and take a taxi to a good beach.

Not as advertised - I booked this tour because of the good reviews but it was not as advertised. It says tour is group of 12 or less. Our bus had 20 and there were 3 buses total. This tour was very disorganized from the beginning. We got there early and put on first bus then 15 minutes later they told us to get off and put us on a different bus. We were on last bus that waited for late people to arrive. By the time we got to first waterfall it was so crowded you couldn’t even walk down to see it. At the lunch stop some people didn’t even get their food before it was time to leave. Around 2:45 we mentioned to our guide that we didn’t think we had time for another stop since our cruise ship left at 4pm and we were 30 minutes away from ship. She said she checked and we didn’t leave until 5:45. All of us on the bus had to convince her to just take us back to the ship and our cruise did leave at 4pm.
