Fairytale reindeer safari - It was great to visit reindeer farm and have a long ride on a sled with this tour from Arctic GM.
Our whole family including 5 years old daughter enjoyed nice safari trough awesome nature.
Special thanks to our giude Chevo, who comfortably drove us there and kindly explained details about the tour, farm and his other experiences around Rovaniemi! He even suggested us what to do in the city after our tour.

Excellent - We had luck and made trip with fewer ppl than normal.
Experience of lifetime because its so far removed from our normal day and life.
Snow covered Finland forest, completely silent except for sound of hoofs and breading of the reindeers.
Excellent crew and guide, interesting facts and history.
Worth it.

Well worth the money - We went on the small group reindeer tour. It was fantastic throughout. Our chauffeur Walid was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about reindeers. He couldn’t do enough for us. The tour was on a working reindeer farm and you could tell they were very well looked after. Everything was at a leisurely pace and the sleigh ride itself was lovely, through snowy forests with amazing sunset skies. At the end our host gave a talk and we had some small tasty snacks and warm juice. Could not recommend this tour enough.

A pleasant afternnon out - A very pleasant afternoon, with helpful and knowledgeable guides. The Sled Ride was very relaxing followed but hot drink and cake and then a chance to pet a reindeer. All very enjoyable
The staff at Artic GM managed to book this tour for us at very short notice. Thank you.
We used Artic GM for all our tours in Lapland and found them most friendly and helpful.

Give it a try! - Awesome experience, really kind and friendly guide.
The landscape was breathtaking, the ride on the lake was smooth and really calm.
I'd recommend this activity to anyone wanting to discover Lappish culture as part of an immersive tour.

Most disgusting agency - Worst ever operator. Absolute cheat. We did his tour through viator. Suppose to be a group of 8 size and we had 27… becoz of which the experience was v v bad and awful… cannot believe what a cheat abs no meet nd greet also with reindeer
I took a video also of no of people and pls see the deliverables.
I would advice trip advisor not to support this agency

Most disappointing tour ever - Absolute cheats and most disappointing tour . Please see the photos ... Your tour says it's 8 people and there were 27 on this tour because of which there was no proper meet n greet with the reindeer which was what we also wanted to do. There is a reason why we pay a premium. Other tourists paid 110 euro for this tour whereas we paid 220 eur because we wanted a private smaller group.
Viator s margin is definitely not 100% very smartly you guys have washed your hands off this because the tour is completed. This is not the first time we have booked thru viator it's probably the worst experience and hence never going to use viator going forward
