Best Tour We have ever had - I have written many reviews over the past few years on hotels/restaurants etc. This was my first ever full 'tour' booking. I normally write a line or 2 but this must be longer! I have been astounded at the level of service we received from lisa. From the beginning she was professional and honest about what we could and should do. I paid my money unsure what i would get back in return. I'm sure I paid half of what it deserved to be but I was happy. Lisa had meticulously taken care of the airport transfers, hotel to trip transfers and the hotels for our 8 day tour around north Vietnam. Vietnam really blew me away anyway but lisa was on hand at every step. Our hotels were brilliant, they always knew we were coming and if she said our taxi was at 8am it arrived. Without fail. Most times were got upgraded. We took a trip to Halong bay and our boat was a 5 star. Our bathroom had a double jacuzzi bath in it with a window of glass out to the bay. I have never received a service like it and I'm quite demanding. If you travel to Vietnam. Use Lisa, you will not be disappointed. Lisa Thankyou from the 3 of us. Sam/Lisa and Toby. It was amazing.
