It has a steep climb to reach and their trek service helped us have great experiences. Internet connectivity may be less reliable.

The staff are amazing especially the valet he was brilliant. The location is beyond spectacular and you must watch the sunset in the balcony. The only downside was the food options (breakfast was really good with incredible fresh pancake) but feel like the dinner option could have varied a bit more too.

Immerse yourself in the cultural richness of Sapa by attending interactive performances hosted by hometrek or buffalo trek. Traditional wooden beds are uncomfortable for unfamiliar people

Decent experience - I twisted my ankle 10 mins before my trek so my guide had to help me a lot during the trip. In the end, I had to cut my trip short at the 3.5 hours mark due to the pain. My guide was nice and helped me book a bike back. am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of seasonality - there wasn’t much going on in March.
