Highlights
  • Grand Etang Lake - Walk a short trail through the rainforest or just wander around the gardens to experience the natural beauty and observe the crater lake which gives the forest its name.
  • Grenada - This attraction is a drive through the interior of Grenada. Most of the drive is through an abandoned spice plantation where currently small sections are cultivated with an assortment of different crops. There will be multiple stops for close-up views and photos of along this drive; things that you will stop to view includes nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, cocoa, banana etc, growing naturally. This drive also goes through the mountains so you will be surrounded by both primary and secondary forests along some parts of the trip.
  • Grenada Nutmeg Museum - Tour and old 18th century nutmeg processing plants that has been converted to a museum. There you will learn about the growing and processing of nutmeg, Grenada’s premier spice.
  • Diamond Chocolate Factory (Jouvay Chocolate) - Tour an old 18th century factory to see how cocoa is grown and processed into chocolate and yes, sampling is included at the end.
  • Concord Falls - This stop provides an opportunity to swim, wade or just relax and enjoy nature.
  • Grenada - Ninety minutes of the total tour duration is spent driving between the different attractions. As you are driven along, you will have great views of the interior and also of the western coastline.

Additional Information

We keep our tour groups small to allow maximum interaction with the attractions and with the guides, our maximum group size is 20 persons. This tour takes you away from the busier, more built-up parts of Grenada to see the more natural, un-spoilt side of the island. You will experience both the mountainous rainforests of the interior and the beautiful bays and rock formations along the coastline of the Caribbean Sea. This is not a private tour so you will get to interact and share the experience with other clients.
