- The Lake Phuket Elephant Nursery Ethical Sanctuary - 11.30 am. Start your day with a pickup from your accommodation in a luxury, air-conditioned van. From there, take a scenic drive through beautiful scenery to the sanctuary located in the jungle. Meet your guide and learn a little more about the elephants before gathering up some bananas and cane sugar.
1.30pm. Follow your guide through the forest and watch the elephants resting up in the hills, and discover the free-roaming elephants in a safe, sustainable and ethical environment. Your guide will tell you about each elephant’s individual stories.
Walk with the elephants down from the hill. You will learn about their lifestyle and behaviors.
3 pm.Watching the wildlife animals play in the mud and bathe in the ponds by themselves and you will learn from our experienced tour guide with our elephants.
Finally, enjoy a delicious set menu lunch and a dish from the Thai Cooking Class together with seasonal fresh fruits before heading back to your hotel.

Lake Phuket Elephant sanctuary - The whole experience was amazing, our tour guide very knowledgeable and fun. The elephants were so gentle and looked like they enjoyed our care. A whole morning of roaming with them, feeding them and bathing them (if you want), one of a lifetime experience topped off with an amazing lunch . I highly recommend it!

A Phuket must do - This was incredible. We went as a family of 5 and Mr Yu was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and I learned alot about elephants. You could tell his passion and dedication to giving the elephants the best life in a beautiful setting on a lake. We got to feed them, wash them and see their life in the natural environment. Then some Thai cooking and delicious meal for all. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Incredible Experience! - Our knowledgeable guide gave us a thorough presentation about the elephants under their care. When he talked about them, you could feel the love that he has for the elephants. I had an incredible time! We learned how to chop sugar cane into three parts to then feed the elephants as we roamed through the forests to find them. The elephants are allowed complete freedom in this beautiful, free area which allowed us ample time to take amazing photos with them. Then, the elephants went to the lake to bathe. Some tourists were brave to have bathe with them. To my surprise, we had a quick hands on session on how to make a papaya salad followed by a delicious meal prepared by the staff. Thank you everyone for making this such a memorable experience! And, thank you for the kindness you show to the elephants. Probably the best experience I have ever had!

Good Memories stay forever - This was like a „once in a lifetime“ moment. Super friendly staff, the tour was not to short and not to long. The experience you get with the elephants is something that stay‘s in your memory for ever! I had so much fun! Thank you for this journey. Definitely recommend it!

The best experience - The best experience of our trip! The elephants are so well cared for and it shows! The handlers are lovely people who genuinely care about the animals and give wonderful information! An enjoyable time we had a ball!

Visit to elephant sanctuary - Daeng was a great host. Very knowledgeable and obviously cares immensely for the elephants he looks after. I would thoroughly recommend this trip for anyone visiting Phuket.

Highly highly recommend! Really worth the money you pay, we were picked up got lunch and got to see the elephants! Amaz - Absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phuket! Really well looked after, was the best experience

Elephants living life. - This was a fabulous experience. We started with a little cooking class where we made papaya salad. This was followed by a lunch consisting of beautiful local cuisine along with the salad we had made. Very scrumptious. We then spent time with three different elephants, feeding them and observing them eating, bathing etc. As this is a rescue sanctuary there was nothing gimmicky such as rides etc although you did have the option of helping to scrub the elephants when they were bathing. Our guide was lovely and obviously adored the elephants. We did the afternoon tour and would highly recommend.
