Mixed emotions, beautiful but crowded - Speed boat ride about 45 mins was rather rough. Hang onto your đŸ‘’ Phi phi even in low season was SO BUSY. water when swimming was beautiful and clean but there were so many boats, I'd hate to see it in high season. Beach at phi phi was lovely, fine white sand, but again, hard to find a free spot in the shade!! Pot for sale, bars all over. Do yourself a favour and skip the included lunch. It's buffet style, average at best and again, so crowded!

The tour guide is very welcoming, humorous, loud, and reasonable. - In addition to the shuttle bus driver did not pick up the hotel at the designated time, whether it is a trip or a tour guide is satisfactory. The guide's commentary is also very interesting!

Good Tour - This is a very good experience, you can try it, the guide is still very humorous. The itinerary is not bad. The time on the boat is slightly longer. Choose to travel during the low season with few people.

traumatic experience - Traumatic experience :Just two words to describe my experience from visiting Phi Phi Islands during my journey to Tailand at the firsts of August 2022 . My Group (travelling with Cosmorama Travel Agency from Athens Greece ) was attacked by a gang of monkeys just after our boarding off at the Phi Phi Island . They were trying to grab our bags . One of them grabbed my bag and when i tried to take it back it bit me ! I was injured , fortunately not very badly and to this helped me that i was wearing upper swimming cloth that was covering my arm . Vaccination treatment was provided to me six times after the incident in PHI PHI islands afterwards to Samui and afterwards to Greece. It was very difficult to find vaccines in Greece! Notice that our Agency leader gave us just a simple warning , while the half of the people of the group had already boarded off! "be careful the previous time i was here a monkey grabed my bag" (This scene is recorded by my camera ) The response of Cosmorama travel Agency was the minimum and offending : "You can take 150 euros as you deserve from the insurance you bought before tavelling" Not one call of excuse from the time of my accident till now i am writting these words! I am expecting your proper support! Cheers! Takis

Stay away from this company! - Safety of the passengers was compromised with no remorse or refund. Speedboat day tour took off even though there was a risk they couldn’t bring us back to Ko Lanta - we (passengers) were not advised of the risk until the harrowing, very choppy speedboat ride ended and we set foot on Phi phi islands. Once we got there the captain told us there were storms expected for 3 days and they likely couldn’t take us back to Ko Lanta where we were staying until the storms had passed. Island hopping and all aspects of the activities as part of the tour were also cancelled. To reiterate, This was supposed to be a day tour, so if there was even a risk that the tour would be affected, the company shouldn’t have started the trip. We found out later that all other travel agents (through other hotels on the island) had already cancelled due to the high risk. What commenced after that was unprofessional, rude behavior by this company on the phone to refuse refund and coverage for an alternative ferry ride to take us back to Krabi, and 2 hour drive back to Ko Lanta. Our resort (Pimlai) in Ko Lanta also tried to speak with the company on our behalf to ensure we got back safely and compensated, but Pimlai met with the same rude behavior (literally SCREAMING at us on the phone hysterically). I strongly urge all to avoid this company as it is a matter of safety and ethics. For the record we still have not been refunded. I understand that weather can be somewhat unpredictable but there should be consideration of the risk and clear communication of the risks involved to the passengers.

Avoid this Tour - This tour is nothing like described and I recommend to look elsewhere. For starters, we didn't go to Maya Beach because it's closed to the public. That's fine but that shouldn't be listed in the ad. Instead we went to a nearby bay where we were supposed to snorkel/swim for 30 minutes but they called everyone back to the boat after about 15 minutes. Then we were supposed to do swimming and sightseeing at Monkey Bay Point for an hour but we literally pulled up, saw one monkey in the tree for 5 minutes and then left. There was no swimming and it was no more than 5 minutes. We were then supposed to go to Bamboo Island for two hours to eat and to hang out. Instead we went to Koh Phi Phi where people could explore the island or swim for about 30-45 minutes. Afterwards we went to lunch on some other island which was mediocre and we only had 30 minutes to eat and get back on the boat. It was very rushed. After lunch we did some snorkeling offshore somewhere. Maybe it was Shark Point but I stopped caring or paying attention at this point as I realized they were winging it. The snorkeling spot was actually pretty nice and we were finally given a decent amount of time. After that, we were taken to Bamboo Island which was beautiful. We had 40 minutes there and I wish we would have spent most of the day there as it was probably the nicest beach and water we went to. Putting the itinerary stuff aside, there was one tour guide who was very obnoxious. We had a group of 35-40 people on the boat and most of them were Chinese. One of the tour guides spoke Mandarin and he acted like a 12 year old the entire time. He was constantly yelling and cackling. He'd bump into you without apology. He'd grab handfuls of fruit that were being passed around to the guests. He was just annoying all around. There were about 6 English speaking people on the boat and there was one tour guide who realized we had no idea what he was saying so he'd come and try to translate where we were going and how much time we had at each place. That was appreciated. Another tour guide would smoke on the boat, along with some of the guests, even though they were no smoking signs on the boat. And lastly, when we were docking back at the pier, they came around with a basket soliciting tips and would just stand there waiting for you to put something in. I've been on a lot of tours like this and they normally leave a tip jar where you can tip if you're inclined. This felt forced.
