Absolutely perfect way to experience the Amalfi Coast. - Brilliant experience, such a good way to see Amalfi and the coastline. Picked us up in Salerno and we boarded the boat. We then had a chance to swim (so bring your costumes!) and had some Prosecco. Arriving into Amalfi we had two hours, a great amount of time to get gelato and some Limoncello. We then had a sail back to Salerno. Toilets onboard, as there are few in Amalfi!

Amalfi - Beautiful boat ride. Should have included stop to swim in the description. Amalfi was a beautiful stop and town. Lots of mice shops and places to eat. The Church was amazing

I would have liked to... - I would have liked to have spent more time on the water…….4-hour cruise is a misleading name for the activity…….it was essentially a trip to Amalfi. However, it was very enjoyable and staff very pleasant.

Wonderful boat tour - It was a wonderful boat cruise! Beautiful scenery! The food was good and plentiful. We had fun shopping and eating in the beautiful scenic town of Amalfi. The only issue I had was that they did not mention in the trip description that we were stopping at a swimming spot, which my daughter was a little upset about because she did not wear her swimsuit. Other than that, the employees were friendly and it was a fun day!

Average trip ..directions for boat location are wrong - We booked this through viator before our cruise. On arrival at salerno port we followed the directions on the booking which said it was a 15 minute walk away..however when we got to destination there was no boat there so we returned to the cruise terminal where we found a stand who were selling tickets for the boat trip.We told them we had followed the directions on the link but no boat was there and they proceed to tell us the boat would depart a minutes walk away just outside the terminal. Not impressed with the confusion in directions and we were not the only people confused as we met others who had the same problem. The boat itself was nice however some of the upper seats on deck were loose and one of the two seaters came away completely and caused a woman to fall and injure herself. The swim stop was not mentioned in the description and to me was a complete waste of 30 minutes that could have been used to spend time in amalfi. We had a total of 1 hour 40 minutes in amafi which felt quiet rushed. Be prepared for the crowds in amalfi. It is very busy and packed full of people. All in all I think we would have been better off getting the regular ferry to amalfi which was cheaper and faster and had directions which were correct

Need accurate description on tour. - Overall it was a good trip. However, we had several things that were not communicated in the description. First, this was supposed to be a 4 hour excurision. It was a 4 hour and 45 minute excurision. There was also no description of swimming and we stopped for 30 minutes to let people swim. This would have been nice to know because we didn’t pack swimsuits and had to sit on the rocky boat until people were finished swimming.

Boat left 15 minutes late and continued to let people on past 10am schedule - Boat was to leave at 10 am but they waiting to keep adding people. Allowed a very pushy group of 10 people and their small children to bum rush onto boat and take up seats. Cruise departed 15 minutes late and adding people such that it was over crowded and some people sitting in stairs. We got to a quick swim area and at one point the “double seats” broke free from the deck causing an elderly woman to fall injuring her arm. Crew did not seem to have a good control on things and should have had people single file line based on arrival before letting people crowd the ramp. We arrived 15 minutes before scheduled departure and were left without seats for people who showed late and pushed through. I hate to think how this crew would handle an emergency onboard or at sea. While the sight seeing and Amalfi town was nice we would take another provider next time. We use Trip Advisor and Viator always and never have had a poor experience but this one was not up to standard.

Ruined day - Montonave Euphoria was the ground agent. 4 of us rebooked the 4 hour Amalfi cruise. We were on a Celebrity Cruise & we were docked at Salerno port. The cruise tour was to begin at 10 am. We left the Celebrity Cruise at 9:30 am. We showed our tickets to the Euphoria agent located within the ship terminal & asked where to go for the boat. We were told to walk outside to a place about 20 minutes away. No one was there & it was away from the water. I called Viator & they told me to take a taxi to another port! We gave up as it was very hot & already 10 am. & walked back to Celebrity Cruise. We saw a boat marked Euphoria & showed our tickets. First we were denied boarding . They said those were wrong tickets. Then they said yes, they were right. Unfortunately, the boat was over crowded & there was no seat for my senior citizen husband. Because of this, he needed to leave. Ruined our day. We’re waiting for at least a refund from Viator for my husband.
