Experience of a lifetime, awestruck by the simplicity of the Paasoi - The saligao trail is beautiful. Adolfina was my guide and she is the absolute best. We started from the Mae de Deus to the Charas building meeting all the locals on the way. She explained the architecture and history with finesse. The most interesting one was the charas building. I got to learn so much from her. It was very inspiring to meet someone so knowledgeable. We saw passionfruit trees, mangoes, jackfruit, all spice and a lot more. Exploring the trail with her is an unforgettable experience. It made me feel closer to my roots. We clicked a lot of pictures too. The sunsets are breathtaking. ExpLooking forward to doing many more trails with you'll!!

Good experience - We went on a cool, breezy, Tuesday afternoon in May where it drizzled on the way and that was the best time to go honestly. Our tour guide Adolfina shared some interesting horror stories about the Saligao village. We were lucky enough to visit the interior of the Mae De Deus Church, it was such a beautiful experience. After that, you can sit by the road and have a maggi/charcoal icecream too! Overall nice experience.

One-of-a-kind experience! - We took the Saligaon Paasai (village trail) with Soul Traveling, with Koonan as our ambassador. Although we regularly visit Goa, we had never explored this quaint little village. The tour was a good 2.5-hour walk around the village, but Koonan’s stories were so interesting that we didn’t even realize we had walked so much! Koonan also managed to keep our two teenagers hooked with his stories and anecdotes, which made the tour even more relaxing for us. We did not feel rushed at any point. Koonan also made sure we tried some authentic Goan-Portugese delicacies, adding a delicious finale to our trail. Will definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an offbeat Goa experience!

Best tour in north goa - I've taken 3 walks through goa via soul travel and undoubtedly this was the best. From curation to delivery and value return, my vote is a thumbs up. My guide Kunal was fantastic and though i used him on a separate tour, I loved that he still treated me as a first timer sans any assumptions. The tour was a perfect blend of history, culture, and religion both hindu and catholic filled with captivating stories and kunal's unique personna. I personally loved how kunal took charge of the tour like shepherd and catered to the individual interests of the group including attention - definitely a leader in the making and he brought saligao to life with interesting facts sprinkled with jokes. He is definitely an asset to your company as he knows how to get to the level of the client and make him at instant ease. This sets the tone of a tour and I was excited. However, the disclaimer forms at the start and the weak paper and I'll designed post cards at the end were a bit of a turn down. You need to replace the post card imagery with better clicks that could capture the soul of the destination. Similarly instead of giving us a lapel pin and a flimsy bag [neither worth it nor gonna be used], give us a bottle of water or some street food like the local banana breads or Sanna or similar. You could easily see the embarrassment in the eyes of the guides [all 3 tours I took] when we rejected these. Not great for marketing. A cap would've been better considering the weather or a fridge magnet that would have kept a lasting memory. Tip: carry water and a cap, try the banana breads by the local breadwallas on a cycle and try the beef spices sandwich at de Souza stall.

"Sal - leh - gaon" chaloo.... - Enjoyed the walk thoroughly. Such a beautiful experience just walking through the beautiful lanes, amazing old homes and an amazing host, Adolphina. She had such a flair for transporting us into a world of charm, grandeur and fantasy that time just flew by without us knowing that 3 hours just wooshed by. Waiting yo do another "SOUL" travel soon.

Highly recommended! - Attended the walk on 16th November. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on the very first day of my Goa trip :) The local guide, Adolfina wears several hats and is closely connected to the community here, which really helped me in understanding the local culture better in such a short time. I was enthralled with the attention to detail given on the nature surrounding us - the plants, animals, stones etc and the shifts occurring with the passing generations. I should also mention that I was the only attendee and so was surprised to know that they still went ahead with the walk, which should be appreciated. Thank you, Soul Travelling!
