Wonderful Peru experience with Ritisuyo - I would like to thank to Ritisuyo agency, specifically to Nelson who made our whole trip to Peru amazing. He arranged us Salkantay trek and Jungle trip in Puerto Maldonado. Both trips were excellent. We especially appreciated a nice surprise - a private guide to Wayna Picchu which made our visit even more beautiful! You can 100 % rely on Nelson. We wanted to have a driver for visiting some sights around Cusco and he gave us a great recommendation. The same with Palcoyo rainbow mountain. We enjoyed very much!!! I would ask Nelson again if I came to Peru in future!

Tour got cancelled due to COVID19 restrictions, but Ritisuyo offered a refund a couple of months later - A couple of months after our tour got cancelled due to COVID19 restrictions in Peru, Ritisuyo has been pretty sincere and transparent about the possibility of us getting the refund that is due. It is good when companies do what is right even when things go south.

Excellent attitute to customers - Unfortunately we were not lucky during covid time and could not take a trip. However what I can say for 100 % is that I can strongly recommend Ritisuyo travel agency. The preparating of the trip was excellent, especially Nelson was always ready to answer all our questions and we were sooo looking forward to our trip. Due to a closure of all the sites in Peru, we could not take a trip. Despite the fact that most of the travel agencies were giving vouchers to the clients, Ritisuyo was so honest with us and refunded us. We appreciate it very much and we are sure about coming back once the situation gets under control again. Thank you Nelson and see you soon :)

Super lovely agency - Nelson and Astrid were super friendly, honest and organized. They arranged awesome trips for us! We did the Salkantay Trek (very good equipment like sleepingbag and hiking sticks included) and visited the jungle close to Puerto Maldonado. We highly recommend this agency.

Very good travel agency, amazing trek ! - Our 5-day trek on the Salkantay and the visit of the Machu Picchu went very well. We also visited the Sacred Valley and the Rainbow Mountains with the Ritisuyo agency, which organised our excursions very well. Nelson and Astride are charming and respond very quickly. We are delighted with the service. I will be back in December with my parents and I am sure to ask Ritisuyo to help me plan my trip again! Esther and Briac

Salkantay 5 day trek - Great agency. Reasonable prices for treks. I did the salkantay 5 day trek and had an amazing time. I am vegetarian and gluten free and they did so well to accommodate for my diet. Plenty of food and super tasty. Was picked up from my hostal with no problem and provided with sleeping bag and poles (and each camp site had roll mats) Would book with them again.

Beautiful Hike, Disorganized Tour - Trek and views itself were great, but the tour was very disorganized, the guide wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t seem to know what was going on. Other groups traveling with us paid the same price for better housing, food, and organization. Would recommend booking the trek in person in Cusco.
