Best city tour ever. - Fabulous. We have taken dozens of city tours around the world and this was the BEST. The information was excellent but the two actors delivered it in an incredibly interesting and humorous way. To top it off, they had beautiful voices and were able to weave wonderful songs into the tour. DON’T MISS THIS TOUR IF YOU ARE VISITING SALT LAKE CITY!!!!

Excellent experience. - The fun way the history of SLC was delivered by song dance and music. It made the expense very memorable and far easier to remember what we were being told.

Our excellent SLC Trolley Tour - The tour team was excellent. The guides were knowledgeable and very entertaining (dramatic stories, singing, violin playing, sound effects). The driver was great at navigating traffic and construction and still allowing good views. We had three stops to explore off the trolley and take photos. A snack was provided as well.

Entertaining, informative, great way to see important sites - Shana and Matthew were great, entertaining, enthusiastic and informative. Glen, the driver, did a wonderful job getting us from one place to another. Overall a quite enjoyable experience and great introduction to highlights of Salt Lake City. **Side note: Shana did a great job handling a sticky situation when 2 people not on our tour boarded and would not get off the trolly. Stayed calm, remained polite yet firm, they finally ‘got it’ and disembarked, they did not belong on the trolly. Nice job, Shana!

Wish someone had warned us - We couldn’t see much out the windows. When they say look out the window, you’ll be lucky to see the full site. More like 25%. So disappointing. It was hot on the bus. The “show” was too much to make the educational part enjoyable. As far as tours go, and we’ve done a ton of tours for new cities we visit, this was the worst. The “show” aspect just didn’t work for us. Make sure “character’s” and “accents” are how you want to learn about the City. Whatever scent they have on the trolley gave us both a headache. None of the staff stood at the bottom of the steep staircase off the trolley and offered a helping hand to the elderly riders. Just sharing our complete disappointment. Wasted time. Wasted money. Sorry.
