- Hallstatt-Dachstein - Salzkammergut Cultural Landscape - On our drive back to Salzburg, you will enjoy the scenic surroundings of Austrian farm life and the impressive Dachstein mountain range.
- Hallstatt Skywalk - OPTIONAL: During the excursion, you can take a lift to the Skywalk to see Hallstatt and the Dachstein mountains from above! The lift ticket must be paid for on-site. PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT TO DO THIS. WE WILL BOOK TICKETS.
- Hallstatt - We will explore the charming town of Hallstatt from the best photo spots. We will do our best to guide you through less crowded streets and paths with the best views!
- Gosau - Optional: On the way back, we will stop for some photo opportunities near the impressive Lake Gosausee. Enjoy the view of the small village nestled under the Dachstein mountain range.
- Salzwelten Hallstatt - OPTIONAL: Visit the salt mines. It takes approximately 3.5 hours from the start of your tour in Hallstatt to visit the salt mines. You need to take a cable car and then walk uphill for 20 minutes to reach the mines. The tour inside the cave takes 90 minutes and involves a lot of walking and stairs. Then you need to walk back down. In total, it takes 3.5 hours. This tour is not suitable for people with claustrophobia, mobility issues, or back problems.
Tickets must be paid for in advance: €40 for adults, €20 for children aged 4-15. The ticket also includes the Skywalk.

Go visit Halstadt - Hadcan absolutely great time. Exceeded our expectations. We learned so much and would never had gone to Halstadt on our own. Great sense of humor too

Incredible Experience! Don't miss out. - Anna helped to create a day of lifelong memories for us during our tour of Hallstatt. We sincerely appreciated her timely pre-trip communications and her guidance of what was practical to experience during a single day trip to Hallstatt from Salzburg. We liked that Anna offered recommendations and allowed us to make the final choices of what to experience based on our interests.
Anna arrived on-time at our hotel and picked us up in a luxury vehicle for our trip. Anna not only has a great knowledge of Hallstatt and its history, but the surrounding areas as well. We appreciated her willingness to share some of that with us during our ride in the car as well as her knowing where to stop along the way for us to see some incredible sights that were perfect for picturing taking.
Our walking tour through Hallstatt was nothing less that stunning. Anna allowed us to move along at our own pace and shared information and stories with about everything that we saw. Before our trip back to Salzburg, Anna took us to a restaurant where we enjoyed an authentic Austrian meal in a quiet outdoor setting. We reflected on what we had seen throughout the day and Anna provided additional details and answered any questions that we had.
Anna is a class act! She treated us in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner and helped us to experience many treasures of Hallstatt that we would have missed without her knowledge and guidance.

A truly enjoyable day! - We had a lovely time with Marin who drove us to Hallstatt and Gosau. Marin is very funny and regale us with many stories along the way. He was also very patient as we took our time exploring the area. Communication prior to the tour was prompt with Anna as well who gave us good pointers. Thank you for a lovely time!

5 Star Day! - My family (including 2 teenagers) had a wonderful day with our guide Anna. If you are like me and not sure about booking due to under 100 ratings, don’t fear — this trip is 5 stars. Anna was very warm and knowledgeable. We learned so much from her about Austrian culture and the countryside and places we visited. I appreciate the off the main drag streets and places we visited in Hallstatt Lake and the stops along the way, including the beautiful lake we lunched at. Thank you for such a memorable day!

Anna was fantastic and a wealth of information. Hallstätt is a real-world whimsical, fairytale village…a must see! We were guided to a wonderful, authentic lunch at the lake in Gosau.

Wonderful tour with amazing scenery! - We had a fabulous day. Anna was a wealth of information and took us to spots we would have never found. She knew exactly where to go to avoid any crowds. The lunch beside a lake and glacier on the way home was idyllic. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants an easy and relaxing journey to Hallstatt! Anna is a lovely person who is very easy to spend all day with.

Amazing Tour of Hallstatt - My friend and I had an amazing day in Hallstatt, thanks to Anna! Our day started with a stop at the beautiful Basilika St. Michael in Mondsee, which we requested. Anna walked us through the town to the church and gave us lots of information along the way. We also stopped for pics at St. Gilgen before arriving in Hallstatt. Anna gave us time to go to the Skywalk, which had incredible views. Luckily the lines were short since there were not many tourists at this time of year. From there, Anna gave us a private, leisurely tour through Hallstatt. She gave us lots of background information and we stopped for numerous photos. We had a delicious lunch at a restaurant that Anna recommended and had fun talking with her. She walked us through the town to the church, Bone House, cemetery, and shops. And she took us to the best photo place! I had waited several years before I could get to Hallstatt and decided that I did not want to be rushed on a bus tour there. So I decided that it would be best to book a private tour and it was the best decision!! Anna made it a perfect day with lots of information and laughs along the way. We made a new friend and visited an amazing destination!!
